In flight snacks were good. Staff pleasant.

Getting through security was a stressful nightmare. I had no idea what to put where. Was just given a tray and expected to know. Signs said inhalers needed to be in plastic bag but website said meds were ok but keep handy. Threatening notices said if you get it wrong your bag will be searched and you can be delayed for up to half an hour (the inference being you could miss your flight). Vowed not to fly again although may get over it!

We attempted to cancel our reservations more than a week before our trip because my husband was hospitalized. Not with the flu or a broken arm, but a major and serious life threatening illness we are still dealing with. We provided numerous documents as proof of the absolute dire situation and they denied the request over and over again. I get that the tickets were "non-refundable" but at least offer vouchers, credit, or be totally a stand-up company and refund the tickets. It wasn't buyers remorse, trust me, we would have preferred to be in Portugal, rather than sitting in a hospital hoping and praying for his recovery.

It took me to Zante

We checked in online but still had to wait 45 just to drop our bags. waiting for an hour on the plane before take off. The captain not giving accurate timings. Circling so many times before landing I was nearly sick. And a very hard landing so much so I hit my head on the seat in front of me.

1)I like the leg room in economy. 2) the bathrooms allow for a lot of headroom when compared to some airlines. 3)the affordability of the flights when compared to other long haul airlines

1) Boarding was late (seems to be a regular occurrence) and as a result the flight was delayed. 2)They have a habit of over booking seats. 3)There's no onboard wifi. For such a new jet in these modern times, I'd expect that such amenities would be a standard. 4) The online checkin is a bit dodgy; i had to keep refreshing the page- not very comforting. 5) Somehow having a one way ticket back to my HOME country (barbados) was deemed as an anomaly at the checkin desk at Gatwick. Ended up waiting for about 30 minutes at the checkin desk waiting for my boarding pass to be approved- absolute madness

Overall Easyjet is an ok airline, I will continue to fly with them, however, small things like paying extra for speedy boarding and then not having a separate line is a real disappointment. Given the option I would pay a the extra to fly with a better airline, however, being from Northern Ireland we are limited to what we can have.

Absolute worst experience in 15 years of frequent travel. EasyJet flight was cancelled from Paris to Nice incurring and additional 417 euro flight with Air France and 250 euro TAXI from Toulon to nice. Absolute absurdity as there were no other flights to Nice for 2 days. Easy jet then OVERBOOKED me from Nice to Paris. I had to fly Air France AGAIN, an additional 380 euro and I missed my connecting flight from Paris to jfk costing me an additional $800USD. How is this even allowed? WORST company to have ever existed, they must go out of business, contacting BBB and getting the word out on this disgusting company.

I flu with my baby 18months and my partner, we were sat separately which didn’t help me at all as my child just kept asking and crying for her dad. No space to put her on my lap as she is a lap child.

Me encanto el servicio y el trato que recibí por parte de todo el personal de Thomas Cook Airlines, volvería a volar con ellos en cualquier otra ocasión... El avión es hermoso, con excelente espacio, muy cómodo... Muy puntuales y muy bueno el servicio de comida durante el vuelo...

Me hubieran gustado los asientos declinables... pero nada que no se pueda aguantar..

I came to the airport on 17:30 but The Checkin counter were open too late, after 1800. There was only 1 staff member in the counter. The lines were long and crouded . After we finished our check in and sent the luggage we went to the gate. There they realized that some of the printed bourding passes are not o k. The attendant in the counter did not checked it and sent us to the gate. We had to go back to the counter but the flight was closed already. We called the staff and after all we had to pay 100 euro to the counter to print the correct bourding passes and then to rush to the aircraft. If Ryan air put enough staff in the counters it wouldn’t happen. We almost miss the flight and it caused us a big inconvenous.

Then sent a reminder to claim from insurance company. No Ryanair - we will be claiming full amount from you, and encouraged other travellers to do the same. Utter amateurs and fraudsters.

The Paris to Luton flight is nearly always delayed. The is no slack in the timetable so any morning delay continues until the evening.

I had to fly Air France AGAIN, an additional 380 euro and I missed my connecting flight from Paris to jfk costing me an additional $800USD. How is this even allowed? WORST company to have ever existed, they must go out of business, contacting BBB and getting the word out on this disgusting company.

The Paris to Luton flight is nearly always delayed. The is no slack in the timetable so any morning delay continues until the evening.

In flight snacks were good. Staff pleasant.

Getting through security was a stressful nightmare. I had no idea what to put where. Was just given a tray and expected to know. Signs said inhalers needed to be in plastic bag but website said meds were ok but keep handy. Threatening notices said if you get it wrong your bag will be searched and you can be delayed for up to half an hour (the inference being you could miss your flight). Vowed not to fly again although may get over it!

I came to the airport on 17:30 but The Checkin counter were open too late, after 1800. There was only 1 staff member in the counter. The lines were long and crouded . After we finished our check in and sent the luggage we went to the gate. There they realized that some of the printed bourding passes are not o k. The attendant in the counter did not checked it and sent us to the gate. We had to go back to the counter but the flight was closed already. We called the staff and after all we had to pay 100 euro to the counter to print the correct bourding passes and then to rush to the aircraft. If Ryan air put enough staff in the counters it wouldn’t happen. We almost miss the flight and it caused us a big inconvenous.

Liverpool airport, flight

Service from ground staff in Palma Being charged twice for our bags. Paid £200 for 2 bags instead of £100. Will never fly Ryan air again.

20 minutes notice of an 8 hour delay. Zero communication, treated like cattle by ground staff, given a €5 food voucher after literally chasing staff around other boarding gates. €5 is not “reasonable” food expense for this length of delay under EU261. Then sent a reminder to claim from insurance company. No Ryanair - we will be claiming full amount from you, and encouraged other travellers to do the same. Utter amateurs and fraudsters.

Two of us were booked on the same seat on a full flight. The staff never apologized or explained what was happening. Luckily, we both managed to get to Vienna due to some passengers missing their flight. Howeveer, abysmal service, no explanation and overall terrible experience.

Absolute worst experience in 15 years of frequent travel. EasyJet flight was cancelled from Paris to Nice incurring and additional 417 euro flight with Air France and 250 euro TAXI from Toulon to nice. Absolute absurdity as there were no other flights to Nice for 2 days. Easy jet then OVERBOOKED me from Nice to Paris. We attempted to cancel our reservations more than a week before our trip because my husband was hospitalized. Not with the flu or a broken arm, but a major and serious life threatening illness we are still dealing with. We provided numerous documents as proof of the absolute dire situation and they denied the request over and over again. I get that the tickets were "non-refundable" but at least offer vouchers, credit, or be totally a stand-up company and refund the tickets. It wasn't buyers remorse, trust me, we would have preferred to be in Portugal, rather than sitting in a hospital hoping and praying for his recovery.
