Wouldn't recommend for business travel; otherwise OK
Nice room, plenty of parking, close to shopping and restaurants. Good breakfast. Shuttle service.
A/C was ridiculously loud... not white-noise loud but helicopter flying overhead loud. To get around this I had to precool my room and raise the A/C setpoint before I went to bed; not ideal but sufficient for the duration of my stay. Breakfast was expensive and not included, however it was good and so was the breakfast service. Paying extra for the room only got you a breakfast discount but required dealing with "coupons" every morning, an unnecessary hassle. No happy hour. No USB ports near bed for phone to charge overnight.
The hotel overall was excellent. Great staff.
The bathroom to our room was an handicap bathroom. As a result when we took a sower the water got all over the bathroom floor. It did not drain during the night and when we got up there were still water all over the floor. It's a safety hazard walking into the bathroom. We had to use the towels to push the water towards the drain.
We liked it, no complaints. WiFi worked well and it was quiet so we could relax and rest. Close to several stores/restaurants if needed.
im upset at the fact I was suppose to pay $168, I went to the check in staff and she too said the total was 168. unknowingly, I paid $230.00 I called asking why this happened and they said it was a security fee??? if thats the case I should've been told that in person. im beyond dissatisfied.
