Desventajas: Employees at the front desk are a nightmare. The whole week my room was noisy. They couldn't settle the problem. And the bomb came in the end. The staff at the front desk asked us to leave the bathrobe here. We told her that we didn't have it with us. She doesn't believe us. We have to open our luggage at the front desk (like on a customs control). I never met such an attitude of any hotels in my life. Really a disaster. In the end we proofed that we didn't have their 3 € bathrobe. And the lady in front gave us an answer like, that's her job. Shame on you - management of Bo PHut Resort.

Ventajas: The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff are impeccable. They are incredibly attentive and superbly hospitable and sweet people. The hotel is beautifully designed. The landscaping is a delight. The room sizes are enormous and make for a really luxurious stay. The spa was very nice too. Did a few treatments there. Their attention to little details with presentation, whether it be food prep or receiving you at the spa or greeting you on arrival is all very beautiful to have been a part of. I think the BoPhut Resort team really brought out some of the best qualities of the Thai people; respect, trust, smiling faces, humility, helpfulness. Tends to bring out the best in their clients as well

Ventajas: Such a gorgeous property with delicious food! You definaltey feel like you are staying at a luxury property. It was great to have the option to walk to Fisherman's Village for other meal and drink options but we loved all our meals right at the property. Perfect spot for the second week of our Thai honeymoon. Thank you Bo Phut!

Ventajas: La villa con piscina privada era agradable de tener. La conveniencia de poder nadar en cualquier momento que quieras era agradable. El personal era amable y el check-in fue una brisa. Los jueves, entre las 6pm y las 7pm, los huéspedes tienen la oportunidad de conocer a la dirección del hotel y tomar bebidas gratuitas en la playa. Hay un jardín de mariposas en frente del hotel. 160 Baht para los huéspedes del hotel. La entrada incluye un vale para usar en el hotel durante la hora feliz; compre una bebida y consiga una gratis.
Desventajas: Había una bolsa de plástico antiestética que cubría el tragaluces por encima de la ducha.

Desventajas: The beach is beautiful, but with a lot of waste, plastic bottles and much more They clean up, but late at midday, and not efficiently. The room (a little cabin in fact) is to close to anothers, and you do not have any privacy. Your windows need have to close every time. It's claustrofobic. The toilet is bad and disgasting. The shower have not pression. The breakfast and the restaurant has no good food, and the ambience is dark and disgasting (specially the bar area). The staff are not friendly, different that all Thai people. This place is worst. The big problem: too many stairs. From my room to the beach or to the restaurant is more than 100 steps. Itis crazy.

Ventajas: There is nothing we didn’t like about the Banyan Tree Samui. From the time we arrived until the moment we left (a bit testy eyed actually) we were treated so so well. Thé villas are wonderful, private pool clean and a great size. Restaurants good and the beach lovely. The beach staff in particular are great!

Ventajas: La atención del personal y la coordialidad con que tratan a los huéspedes. Cada día pasan por la habitación dejando pequeños detalles de buenos deseos y preparando la habitación para cada noche. Visitan la habitación 2 veces al dia, por lo tanto la limpieza y el orden es más que sobresaliente. Es un resort de capacidad reducida, lo que lo hace percibir un ambiente familiar y de grata hospitalidad. Lo recomiendo integramente para quienes quieren descansar y reponer energías.

Ventajas: The excellent hospitality and the warm gestures each and every staff member showed. So professional. Really loved the little surprises every night we came back to the room and loved how the bed was made for us again in the evening so that we came back to a really neat room. Wonderful location, sso easy to access all nearby restaurants, pubs, massage centres. Private beach was very clean and always had member of staff around to attend to your needs. The best hospitality we have ever seen in any hotel/resort.

Ventajas: Buri Rasa was a first place that we have visited with family at Thailand. Location is excellent, clean beach, soft sand, smooth entrance to water. Personal was very friendly and was willing to help at all times. Unfortunately my son and wife got flu and receptionist has arranged free transfer to and from hospital. Food also was very good, even we have ordered some special dishes(not from menu) which was cooked without any questions.

Ventajas: El desayuno más que fantástico!!! La Villa y el entorno es precioso, muy relajado y elegante. El personal es muy atento, nos trataron en todo momento de sobresaliente. La ubicación es muy buena pues esta cerca de todo, pero sin el bullicio de Chaweng Beach. Añadir que los detalles que tuvieron con nosotros por ser nuestra luna de miel fueron más que preciosos!! Mil gracias por hacer de nuestra luna de miel perfecta!!
Desventajas: El wifi en la villa no funcionaba muy bien. Por otro lado añadir que de vez en cuando hay perros paseando por la playa, que aunque el hotel mantiene la playa limpia, en algún caso algún perro hizo sus deposiciones en la playa.

Desventajas: The food lacked flavour and only 2 restaurants. The staff were more arrogant and disinterested than I have ever seen in Thailand. I took 4 tries to deliver 1 room service meal. Trying g to ask for any flexibility from the menu was a waste of time. to make it worse.... The sunshine never hit the villa or pool. The charges for a NYE dinner were literally a joke.I am big fan of ex-Starwood and now Bonvoy - but I will not use W again.

All staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Overall excellent experience and definitely we would return.

Ventajas: This is one of the best hotels in terms of guests services. Staff is very polite, always in a good mood and makes sure their guests feel comfortable. The food in the restaurant near the pool is delicious with a choice of Thai and Western food and service is excellent. Ventajas: Serene, tropical paradise. Superb service - the staff are amazing. Sports centre is brilliant. Beach is good (quite steep and therefore hard to walk on); brilliant spa and the best massage on the beach ever! Rooms were superb.
Desventajas: Could do with a little more food choices - only 2 x eating outlets which are fine but one more would help. Also, the food is a little too elaborate and could do with being toned down a little (for example - every single main course we had over a 5 day period had huge slices of fruit and flowers as decorations that took up half the plate - a little boring after a while!). Small fault though - which should definitely not put anyone off. Food was fresh and flavoursome. Even though the menus did have photos on them (a pet hate!) A little more atmhosphere would be good - it was incredibly quiet and staid (mainly middle aged Europeans staying without children). But as a family of 4 we felt a little conscious that we were having ‘fun’. The main pool is massive but has very little on offer for children - and it is not really a lap pool either. Ventajas: We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were among the most welcoming and helpful we have ever experienced. They went out of their way to make sure everything was always exactly as we wanted, even improvising a boxing lesson after we missed the scheduled one! The beach villa was extremely comfortable, impeccably clean and well located. The resort is very pleasant. Neither the pool nor the beach felt crowded, even when the hotel was full.
Desventajas: Service could be a bit slow at the Beach House restaurant when it was full, but the friendliness of the staff more than made up for this (tiny) inconvenience

Ventajas: We absolutely loved our Reserve pool villa, as well as the beach! Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Desventajas: Very minor niggles - the pool table are could do with some refurbishment. The junior camp was by and large excellent, though some toys and books were rather tired. The room would have benefitted from more waste bins, as well as beer in the minibar! Finally, it seemed ridiculous to charge for 'premium' loungers on the beach.

Ventajas: We had an amazing stay at the Santiburi. Breakfast was wonderfully decadent with all sort of pastries, eggs and omelettes cooked to order, waffles and pancakes and crepes cooked to order, dim sum treats and pretty much anything else you could think of. Lunch and dinner were on the beach and gave us the chance to make up for overindulging with spa food (or not, depending on how we felt). The beach is gorgeous, very clean with big beautiful palm trees overhead. Finally, I have to thank the massage therapists at the spa for doing such a fantastic job. They worked out knots that were years in the making.
Desventajas: Nothing! We had a wonderful time and were so sad to leave!

Ventajas: The quality of the resort was extremely high with beautiful rooms, an amazing pool area and access directly to the beach. The staff were extremely helpful and kind and really made the whole trip enjoyable. The breakfast in the morning was amazing and had a great variety. I would definitely recommend this resort to my family and friends and would definitely come back. After living in Thailand for 2 years previously, this is one of the nicest resorts I have stayed in so it was great to come back to Thailand with family and to stay here.
Desventajas: Literally, the only thing that could improve this resort would be some night time entertainment.

Desventajas: 1.Breakfast and the serving menu have all been change. - disappointing 2.A strong Pungent sewage smell coming from the room toilet that will linger around the room after the lemon grass essential oil has all been evaporated. 3.Room’s Toilet bowl has been choking in regards even though paying toilet paper aren’t thrown. Had to call for help every day to de-choke the toilet ball. Attempted to request front desk for room change but was verbally “offer” with some vouchers over the phone by front desk which has never been offered even when I was checking out the hotel. 4.Disappointed to stay at the suite w Garden view The guests over at second & third level were hanging soiled clothes, swimwear that water has dripping onto level 1 at the garden. It’s our second time staying with Lanna but likely be our last. Such a great disappointment from our last trip back in 2017.

El hotel esa semana no estaba lleno, pero habían más de 150 pasajeros... nunca vi más de 20 personas juntas sin contar el desayuno, donde vi alrededor de 40 máximo.

Desventajas: the first hour we got there my wife got stung by a scorpion that somehow got into her hair by the pool! When we told the staff they couldn't call an ambulance because the resort is pretty isolated. There are a lot of hidden fees they don't tell you about. for instance the bus that they say is free they charged us 1000 baht. when we were taking a bath some sewage was running out of the pipes into the bath with us. Yuck!

Desventajas: A little out of the way and cannot walk to anything around. The resort offers shuttle busses to two different beaches though so that was great. The small beach on the property was covered in garbage and not meant for swimming.

Desventajas: No hay nada negativo que pueda decir. Está claro que está lejos de todo, pero forma parte de su encanto. Quien valore más estar cerca de los sitios comerciales lo verá como algo negativo pero pudiendo desplazarte hasta Chaweng o Lamai en quince minutos, quien se pierde esas vistas maravillosas ... el paraíso.

Ventajas: The view was nice because the resort is so high up. The Staff were friendly in general and tried their best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Our room was nice and big with a great selection of TV options.
Desventajas: I don't think the property was a great match for us. It is located really high up a hill, far from the beach any local amenities so you are at the mercy of the Sandalwood drivers. Every trip needed to be planned in advance and would always end up including more costs for transfers and taxis than we had anticipated. We basically just slept there, left in the morning and came back at night. If you wanted to stay in bed all day and watch Netflix, then this place is great! The breakfast was pretty sad also. We never ended up eating it any of the days we stayed there and instead went to the resorts by the beach for breakfast.

Ventajas: From before we got there until the second we left, we loved everything about the Resort. It was our honeymoon so I emailed the hotel in advance to arrange flowers and a bottle of bubbly and when we arrived and they showed us our villa, there was a bottle of bubbly chilled and ready and beautiful flowers around the room and outdoor bath. It looked amazing and started the experience perfectly.The staff here are so kind, friendly and helpful. The food is amazing and they offer a great variety of dishes, both Thai and Western which was perfect for my wife and I. The little touches like little biscuits brought to your villa as you head to bed with messages wishing you sweet dreams really make you feel like family. The place is immaculate and the cleaners are amazing and so fast. The MD Robert is a great guy and I enjoyed my chats with him. The private pool villas are just amazing and you cant beat the view in the morning and as the sun drops put of the sky at night. The drivers are also fantastic and make you feel safe as they drive you up the hill to the resort. They gave us the best honeymoon a couple could have and I cant thank them and recommend them enough!! ❤

Ventajas: The location was great. Right in the middle of everything, lots of good restaurants near by. The resort was beautiful and rooms were big. The breakfast was very good.
Desventajas: There were a lot of mosquitos. The housekeeping was very slow. We left in the morning and came back at 4:00 and our rooms were still not clean. Then we had to wait another hour for towels. It didn’t seem like the rooms were cleaned with chemicals, just water.

Desventajas: The walls were thin. The bathroom was essentially outside, therefore not air conditioned. This also meant cigarette smoke drift came into our room from close by neighbouring balconies. As we were leaving Koh Samui on an early morning flight, I settled the room tab the night before. This meant when we left at 6:30am the bell boy made an awful seen yelling at my wife and I that we cannot leave and they must check the room first. When I explained we had settled our account he continued to be extremely aggressive and saying we could not leave until they “checked the room” I then had to load my own bags into my rental vehicle and left in a hail of yelling. No thanks for our stay!

Ventajas: I've been coming to Chewang Regent since 2001, and I have to say its become a home away from home. I love the location, its close to the best restaurants in Chewang. The pool area is awesome, and one staff member, Teerapom, is especially warm and hospitable. The breakfast is amazing!
Desventajas: I'm a huge coffee drinker, and I have to say I was quite disappointed in their latte/cappuccino they serve at the restaurant. In fact, the coffee capsules in the room taste better. The gym does not carry much equipment. You have your cardio machines, but a simple bench/bar would be nice.

Ventajas: Instalaciones de ensueño, no se puede pedir nada mas. Todo muy limpio y cuidado al milimetro. La localizacion tambien es perfecta. El hotel nos gestiono las excursiones aunque la empresa que nos dio el servicio deja mucho q desear pero no es cosa del hotel. Tambien nos facilitaron la salida y entrada.
Desventajas: Hay muy poca playa, en cuanto sube la marea casi que desaparece y esta todo muy apelotonado, unos complejos junto a otros aunque esta todo muy cuidado. Precios demasiado elevados para ser Tailandia. Aun siendo un lugar turístico no deja de ser Tailandia y me parece que tanto los servicios como la comida/bebida tienen un precio por encima de lo que deben. Para nuestro gusto, esta zona es demasiado turística, mucho ruido, gente, restaurantes orientados a extranjeros,....pierde el encanto natural y no puedes encontrar la cultura local, hay que moverse por la isla para encontrar algo interesante de verdad aunq en general es una isla demasiado explotada.

Ventajas: The pools are crystal clean and there is lots of room on the sun beds The rain shower in the room was amazing as was the giant out side private bathtub! I bought bath bombs and it was heaven. The bed, too big, but comfortable.
Desventajas: The front desk makes mistakes and it takes a long time to rectify. Breakfast is always the same and not great for vegetarians.

Ventajas: Location is excellent, a quite and peaceful serenity in downtown. Kids enjoyed swimming pool very much, had a lot of fun. Staff and breakfast/happy hour food and drinks are very good. Highly recommended.
Desventajas: The wind from air condition in top of the roof towards directly to our bed, it is a only flaw during our stay.

Ventajas: Estabamos en la zona de la piscina. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda, el baño también. Todo limpio. Desayuno buffet muy completo y un servicio del personal excelente. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta si se quiere ambiente y poder salir a dar una vuelta por la tarde/noche sin necesidad de tener que coger taxi.
Desventajas: El único inconveniente es el ruido de los aviones que despegan con bastante frecuencia, pero es algo inevitable teniendo en cuenta donde se encuentra el hotel. Al hacer la reserva es algo con lo que cuentas.

Ventajas: La ubicación es excelente , el desayuno muy completo ya que cuenta con muchas opciones. La habitación muy amplia con todo lo que se requiere para la mejor comodidad. Restaurante Prego muy recomendable.
Desventajas: Tuvimos mala suerte ya que estaban remodelando una parte de la piscina, el problema fue que impedía una buena visualización de la playa y cuando estaban trabjando se escuchaba mucho ruido. Las habitaciones del garden view están muy retiradas de todos los amenities.

Desventajas: The service of the hotel is not that great. They are not accommodating. The room service ends at 11:30pm which is very inconvenient. On the first day I landed it was after 11:30 pm and I was starving. I was shocked when I tried to order food and figured out it’s already closed. On New Year’s Eve My wife was sick in bed all Day and didn’t leave the room. Again they closed room service at 4pm to prepare for the gala dinner! While I understand the focus is on the celebration at midnight but what about accommodating guests that just want food in the room? When I asked to speak to a manager: 1. I was ignored because the manager was busy preparing for the gala. I had to call back several times to catch him 2. The manager said that If I am with her, can’t I go get her food? While the hotel is beautiful I believe the service is what makes it or breaks it. When I go back to Samui I am definitely not staying there again.

Ventajas: It was very private,quiet and romantic setting,the room was across the road,you immediately felt as though you were not in a hotel.It was a nice surrounding.I preferred being slightly away from the actual hotel.The hotel had quite alot of character.The breakfast was fantastic with a wide range of cuisine and exotic fruit juices.
Desventajas: I would have preferred to have had the room cleaned more regularly.The housekeeping attended once a day which was insufficient as towels needed to be replenished.Tea,coffee and sugar etc also was in short supply.When we asked for it,it did not always arrive.The cups and saucers,glasses we used were almost always left dirty.

Desventajas: I felt like little details were not taken care of. I was in a deluxe room and the shower drain had a funny smell. We have earlier stayed at the Regent Chaweng and found a big difference in the rooms even though your rooms are more spacious i found little details were overlooked, and everything looked old esp the bathroom i was not too impressed.

Desventajas: An old room, the TV hardly works and old, there is no mesh door on the balcony and mosquitoes enter the room (in short you can't open the balcony without insects), in the shower the water flow is very weak. And the most critical thing was the bed and pillows, they were so old, we woke up every morning with back pain.

Ventajas: Beautiful lobby; very nice staff; peekaboo ocean views; rooms more traditional than modern; good breakfast with lots of variety. Good location. Beach is in an area with a rock barrier out at sea so the water is pretty calm; if you want waves you have to walk down the beach about 10 minutes.
Desventajas: rooms overlook a construction site but it really wasn't that noisy while we were there; but the views may be obstructed as the neighboring building goes up. Bed ok; We paid a total of $107 per night and it was ok value for that price.

Desventajas: Piscina pequeña y que permitan reservar hamacas solo poniendo toallas. La gente Ponía la toalla y se iba fuera todo el día y no usaba las hamacas. No deberían permitir eso.

Si queres disfrutar de la playa no lo recomiendo porque sólo está pensando para el público que quiere cenar a las 18:00 y no respetan la voluntad de los huéspedes de disfrutar de la playa y relajarse. No volvería.

Ventajas: La ubicación, desde luego, justo en la calle principal de Chaweng, q es donde más ambiente hay, y por atrás directo a la playa. Es un resort grande, muy limpio, muy buen mantenimiento, el personal super amable, y verdaderamente, casi lujoso. El desayuno bufet es extraordinario y lo van variando. Por las tardes, en la zona de playa del hotel, montan unas mesas para cenar, con adornos muy de ambiente romántico, realmente bello.
Desventajas: En realidad todo estuvo genial. Quizás, los precios del restaurante, porq eran bastante más caros que los de cualquiera de la calle principal donde está el resort
