I was not at all pleased with the overall experience. Most of the staff was very nice though. The flight staff was nice, the airport staff was not.
Flight was delayed without notice. They waited until after we were lined up to board to put this up on the board, leaving us standing around for an hour. They never announced it on the overhead. The boarding process took an obscene amount of time which seems to have been attributed to having one worker confirm passports after we had already been checked at the desk. He moved very slowly. Actual flight was quick and easy. No food or entertainment as it was only an hour.
The on board staff was very nice. That's pretty much the only thing that I liked.
Just about everything. Not only were both flights delayed, one without notice, both the check-in and boarding processes were obscenely long with no obvious reason. On board, the staff was very pleasant but took almost 20 minutes to respond to a page and I only paged them one time. The screens for entertainment had a lot of trouble reading touch for both my seatmate and I and the selections were very limited. My seat did not recline which made for a very uncomfortable flight as I had hoped to be able to sleep. They lost one of my bags and somehow still have not found it more than 36 hours later.
Everything worked out great. Shout out to the Washington Dulles airport for the quickest custom check of my life!
Once in Houston took 30minutes to the luggage to be delivered
The flight attendant was very quick to meet any needs big or small.
Still extremely unhappy about my broken item.
My return trip didn’t have any major unexpected expenses the way my outgoing trip did.
They broke a very expensive item that I purchased on my trip. It was properly wrapped and cushioned in clothing. I had fragile stickers on the outside of my luggage and it is shattered beyond repair.
Luggage did not get there. Still is missing. No food. No complementary beverage offered period. Lousy all around.

This is the second time your plans have been late! You were late leaving from Venice to London Heathrow on August 1 which I barely made the flight to Glasgow and then coming back your flight is late leaving Edinburgh to Heathrow And my luggage doesn't make it again! You don't even serve water on the airplane which is ridiculous! Your flight crew were nice but you really need to be on time or not schedule flights with such short layover times! And I hope no one takes anything out of my suitcase! And I'm sure nothing will be done so why do you even do a survey?
The connection was not good too little time between flights also the American Airlines desk was hidden. We had to get boarding passes at the exit gate. There should have been a rep to guide passengers to desk.
