No trolleys. Difficult if you have to carry a lot of luggage from an international flight to a car rental
The boarding was overwhelming and chaotic because there seemed to be a lack of organization. The seats were uncomfortable and felt like they had no padding

If the crew could have made sure at boarding that passengers uses the right doors to enter the aircraft , that could have avoided passengers walking over each other
Small airport, easy to get into, drop off SIXT rental car, and clear entry. Flight from Split to Stockholm on Boeing 737 was pleasant, and all one class.
Could not check in for the the 2nd leg, Stockholm to Ft. Lauderdale. Split airport is terribly over crowded and uncomfortable without adequate space to sit, bathrooms to service the amount of people, AC to handle the heat load with the number of people, etc. That being said, the check in, security, and gate people are professional and very pleasant.

I was not at all pleased with the overall experience. Most of the staff was very nice though. The flight staff was nice, the airport staff was not.
Flight was delayed without notice. They waited until after we were lined up to board to put this up on the board, leaving us standing around for an hour. They never announced it on the overhead. The boarding process took an obscene amount of time which seems to have been attributed to having one worker confirm passports after we had already been checked at the desk. He moved very slowly. Actual flight was quick and easy. No food or entertainment as it was only an hour.
My return trip didn’t have any major unexpected expenses the way my outgoing trip did.
They broke a very expensive item that I purchased on my trip. It was properly wrapped and cushioned in clothing. I had fragile stickers on the outside of my luggage and it is shattered beyond repair.
I was not aware of the requirements of the Schengen Agreement and my passport was expiring in a couple of months. I was not able to get on this flight even though my final destination did not have the passport restrictions of the Schengen Agreement. When I booked the flight, I was not made aware of these requirements before my flight.
The service, food and entertainment was excellent!
The temperature in the cabin was a bit uncomfortable! It was rather hot and stuffy.
Friendly crew, flight on time, great food and snacks, good movie selection
Seats not too confortable, landed on time but got to the gate 45 mins after landing
Was delayed by 45 mins but managed to turn plans round quickly and get back faster than planned
The plane had a mechanical problem and did not fly out. We are hoping to fly out one day later.
