The AC in our room didn't cool the room sufficiently and no one picked up when we called the desk in the middle of the night.
Great location and free parking in Niagara On The Lake.
price & location. Plus the option to use the amenities at the other Vintage hotels. Incredibly helpful, friendly staff
Dated - small room
Location was fantastic
Insanely overpriced - paying $-- for one night I didn't expect a lumpy mattress, dusty furniture, dirty glassware, large ants, and quite a bit of noise from the guests upstairs.
This is a charming, historic building. Location is excellent to enjoy downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake. Our room even had a small patio, which would be beautiful to sit and enjoy a warm evening. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The room was a little shabby, but nothing we couldn't live with. The only real problem was the air/heating unit: it was unbelievably noisy but when we tried turning it off the room was too stuffy without it.
The hotel was perfectly located and great for me as I didn't want anything too extravagant. Very simple with a nice bed and clean bathroom with air conditioning. Free parking is a huge plus!
The hotel has open doors to the public. I never felt unsafe, but being from the city, it seems odd to have such obvious security issue. They have keurig coffee in the room instead of kettles. It's nice to brew a cup of tea or hot water in general.
clean, comfortable and very conveniently located.
We ended up not staying at the Inn due to a plumbing issue, they moved us to the Prince of Wales for our stay (which we loved)
There was a distinct odor in the hallways that was not very pleasant, it seems that the old town has a town wide plumbing issue.
Rooms were very clean. Hotel was quiet.
Falsely advertised English style pub on site. It was no longer available. No place to socialize with friends who were with us. Rooms too small. No elevator to second floor rooms. Back stairwell untidy and not clean. Light in stairwell not working.
This hotel was clearly dated but this added to its charm. Its affiliation with several more luxurious hotels in the area meant we were able to use their amenities. We took a free shuttle to the pillar and post and enjoyed the hot springs.
Due to the time of year there was no food on site. However we took a short walk and enjoyed a nice Irish pub with livecmusic.
Location is great. Price was good. Hotel was quaint and met our expectations for the price asked.
