Desventajas: ubicación remota , caro transporte, comida muy cara (tienes que comer en el hotel, ya que no hay donde salir)

Ventajas: Ubicación tranquila y apartada, lejos de todo

Desventajas: Same breakfast everyday. No filtered/ free water available so we had to order bottled water all the time. No kids play stuff by the kids pool When I booked on booking.com I was told all breakfasts were included but at the property we had to pay for breakfast for our 2nd child. Very expensive for a place like Thailand.

Ventajas: El personal del hotel y restauración son encantadores. ¡El desayuno muy bueno! Las piscinas espectaculares, sobretodo la de niños. La playa preciosa; eso sí, imposible bañarse por la cantidad de olas. El hotel está genial; un oasis en medio del caos de Patong.

Desventajas: Los precios de los restaurantes. Son excesivos. Creo que ya se paga suficiente por noche de hotel como para tener precios tan abusivos en alimentación.

Ventajas: Un poco caro, pero vale la pena tener la playa privada! La comida es deliciosa pero cara. Lindo para terminar la luna de miel.

Ventajas: El mar. La pequeña playita. A mi solo el mar y sus aguas es lo q mas me gusto. El Hotel de noche iluminado es bonito.

Desventajas: Es un hotel más . Nada especial.

Ventajas: Excelente buffet desayuno. Regular los Buffet de almuerzo y cena. Y muy buenos los restaurantes thai, japonés e italiano. Muy bien la cama y la habitación con algunos problemas menores de electricidad y desagüe. Mal servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto, y además muy caro. Fenomenal ubicación y playa propia.

Desventajas: El servicio de bebida en la playa y piscina no es bueno. Debería asimismo haber un mejor servicio para almorzar en la piscina o en la playa. Deficiente y caro el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto internacional de Phuket.

Desventajas: Since the hotel is a bit remote we had to rely on their restaurants for lunch / dinner. Food was overpriced and not at the level of the 5 star hotel Breakfast was excellent but lunch - dinner disappointing

Ventajas: El personal, atento, servicial y muy agradable. El sitio es de los mejores hoteles calidad precio en los que he estado. Moderno, decorado con buen gusto, los baños en perfecto estado. Todo como si fuese nuevo o recien remodelado.

Desventajas: Por poner una pega...sin nevera y sin caja fuerte.

Ventajas: Hotel has nice design, rooms are simple and quite small.The room was clean but my boyfriend has many nips from bed bugs because from night to night it was worse and worse.So no sleeping just itching and scratching.Otherwise we like it.Staff was really helpful and friendly.Location was nice because Old town is place with so many café’s and cool restaurants.

Ventajas: Si desean alojarse en la parte antigua de Puket el hospedaje es muy bueno, es limpio, está bien decorado y es cómodo y la pieza bonita La atención del personal excelente, todos muy amables. Puket es grande y las playas de moda, no se ubican cerca de la parte antigua, por lo tanto ello lo deben considerar si lo que quieren conocer es Patong , Karon u otra; verifiquen bien la ubicación en el.mapa. Igual cerca del hotel están los buses que van a estas playas y que circulan hasta las 18 hrs

Ventajas: This hotel is family business. Host is very nice. Room is clean，location is right in Phuket town. One word conclusion，amazing！

Ventajas: El personal muy amable, te facilitan toda la estancia y ayudan en todo lo que pueden. El desayuno increíble, la señora que lo sirve, que es la que está en recepción por las mañanas es un encanto.

Ventajas: La ubicación era inmejorable, en pleno centro pero no en pleno jaleo. El edificio era muy bonito y la decoración me parecía actual y agradable juvenil. El recibimiento del personal genial. Muy limpio y nuevo.

Desventajas: en mitad de la noche se nos apagó el aire acondicionado y nos despertamos muy agobiados por el calor lo volví a poner en marcha pero no entendí muy bien qué había pasado... La habitación era un poco pequeña pero aún así estaba bien pensada.

Ventajas: Todo estuvo excelente! En verdad nada estuvo mal, el mejor hostal en el que me he quedado.

Ventajas: Todo en general. El trato de la chica de la recepción fue muy muy bueno. La comida del desayuno muy rica y las instalaciones buenísimas.

Ventajas: La ubicación excepcional, señalar la gran amabilidad de Bo, una chica siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos y asesorarnos, una chica 10, gracias Bo nos hicistes nuestra estancia en Pukhet muy fácil. Totalmente recomendable.

Ventajas: The staff is very friendly and the hostel is located quit near to the central street, only a few minutes walk. I really liked the curtains in front of each bed, they gave somehow some privacy. I would recommend this hostel

Ventajas: This was definitely one of the best hostels that we stayed during the 7 times that we visit Thailand. Everything was super clean and all the team was super friendly and always ready to help with everything you need. We loved Phuket Town, such a beautiful part of the island really different from the beach vibes. The breakfast was simple but enough to fill you up until lunch time. Definitely recommend this place if you visit Phuket and want to stay in the town.

Desventajas: Sometimes smells bad from the sewers in the toilet but nothing too serious.

Ventajas: La decoración muy acogedora y moderna. El desayuno muy sano y rico. La habitación bonita y cómoda. Muy buen ambiente y la ubicación genial. Muy cerca del centro y de las estaciones de bus. Todo genial. El personal muy amable. Volveriamos sin duda.

Ventajas: Lo amable que es el personal del hotel y el propio encanto del mismo.

Desventajas: El hotel nos proporcionó un taxi, que además de conducir de forma temeraria nos estafó, se fue corriendo sin devolver ni siquiera el cambio. Y aunque lo comentamos en el hotel, no hicieron nada al respecto. El propio hotel deberia revisar que tipo de servicio presta a sus huespedes, ya que es un hotel magnifico que se desmerece por un mal servicio ajeno.

Ventajas: Hotel location is pretty good, as it is in the heart of Old Downtown district of Phuket. Hotel staffs are very helpful, they initially gave us a different room, as we request less sound because of our infant son, however, as we cleared that we wanted to bigger room by the road, they helped us move within 2 hours. The hotel is really well decorated and will give you an exceptional experience of Spanish/Moroccan ambiance. They were very good at arranging really nice taxi service for my family to do the sightseeing. The night markets are not too far from the hotel, and also there are good restaurants, pubs, and 1st class spa facilities within walking distance from the hotel. If you are not staying in Bangla Street area or Cape Panwa region, this is a hell of a good deal for tasteful travelers.

Desventajas: The elevator is old-school, and they had a little bit of trouble connecting my MacBook to their free wifi connection. It was fixed after some back and forth discussion. Please make sure you stay in the outside rooms to really enjoy the street views.

Ventajas: Very friendly and helpful staff! We allowed us to deposit some luggages for free one week while we were traveling to the Andaman Islands

Desventajas: The bar opposite the hotel could cause a bit of disruption if you’re a light sleeper. But the hotel provides ear plugs if you need any.

Desventajas: There were a lot of mosquitoes in the lobby and as we entered our room on the first floor, there were so many in our room as well. I had 5 bites in a couple of minutes. We asked the staff to move us to another room and they said no at first. They agree to move us to the second floor for an up charge. We told them the garden room has so many mosquitoes, there’s no way we can stay in there. We asked to talk to the manager, and she wouldn’t come out to talk to us. She asked the Seth, the front desk guy, to close the door behind him. What kind of place are they running? It was terrible. Finally, they agreed to let us move without charge the first night. So we moved to the second floor and still, we found mosquitoes flying around. There’s no way we can stay in Casa Blanca. We were eating alive by the mosquitoes in the room. My sister and I decided to leave the hotel and take our losses. It was terrible. Would not recommend for anyone.

Ventajas: Room was very nice,spacious,clean- house keeping daily and a little treat in the room; bathroom- same. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was really good,in the middle of Phuket old town. Yeah,there is a lively bar across the street but we slept like babies, without any noise disturbance. Highly recommended!

Desventajas: Breakfast could be upgraded to fit the hotel.

Ventajas: The place was beautiful, room was clean, pool was nice but most importantly the staff were exceptional, so lovely at all times and every little request was met with a smile completed as soon possible!

Desventajas: Resort suitable for mature retired couples. Staff on reception not helpful and uninterested in assisting me once we had checked in. Arrival very rushed. Limited choice of dining. Would have enjoyed a choice of casual and formal dining experiences on the resort property. Limited menu choices. After discussion with staff about tour and activities I was interested in, resort recommended a tour which was highly priced and it was very very disappointing. I had to ask for basics each day such as toilet paper, coffee, sugar. Took a walk to the Marriott often to eat, swim, shop where staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Due to flight delays I approached reception for assistance, I asked to extend my stay at the resort for 5 hours during the day. The response I received from staff at reception was "No, we are fully booked, but you can pay for a further night and stay!! Had I have been staying on over night I would have considered the offer to pay for an additional night. Manager approached me on departure and apologised. I was not impressed.

Ventajas: The staff were very fun and attentive. We enjoyed a buffet breakfast with lot’s of delicious options to choose from. We also loved the 3 pools and our executive room had a beautiful view.

Desventajas: It was a perfect stay for us

Ventajas: Las piscinas, vistas y el personal.

Desventajas: El desayuno deja bastante que desear para un 5* y sobre todo que el aire acondicionado de la habitacion no tenga termostato hace que a media noche aquello sea el polo norte. El hotel esta en pendiente y si te ponen una habitacion al final te toca hacer la cuesta cada vez que quieras salir. Ademas si necesitas salir y no llegas a su servicio de minibus, que son escasos, el taxi son como 8€ por cada desplazamiento. Sin duda escogeria el hotel en el mismo patong o en la playa de karoon que esta mucho mejor.

Ventajas: Es muy céntrico y está en una calle apartada de la principal, lo que da tranquilidad, aunque puedes escuchar perfectamente los quehaceres nocturnos de tus vecinos de habitación. Una piscina muy de agradecer.

Desventajas: Nos estafaron con la contratación de dos tours, en ambos nos cobraron el doble que a cualquier otro usuario de los que contrataron desde otros hoteles, ni si quiera nos dió un flyer donde se detallará lo que incluía. Los precios de taxis y de lavandería también son bastante más altos de lo que corresponde a las tarifas oficiales. El staff del hotel nos envió, encima, un email donde nos chantajeaba por publicar esto en Google y Facebook. No tienen ascensor, tampoco desayuno y es un inconveniente porque si sales pronto con algún tour ninguna de las cafeterías de la zona está abierta. Habitación agradable, pero pequeña.

Ventajas: Lo que más valoramos fue la ayuda de quien nos recibió y permitió dejar nuestras valijas durante los 4 días que visitamos las islas. Jay súper predispuesto a ayudar y con una gran sonrisa.

Ventajas: The staff, the location, the spa, the hospitality and the view - everything was top-notch. Complementary champagne and the luxury car upgrade were pleasant surprises :) Highly recommended!

Desventajas: Teníamos que pagar el transporte de la isla a Pukhet ety coordinarlo. Aún así sólo salían cada 30 minutos. Casi perdemos por eso un tour, nos recogían los tours en un punto de encuentro en el puerto, al que teníamos que caminar y hacia calor. También para regresar a la isla debíamos coordinar antes la hora del traslado y esperar en el puerto a la hora que salga el bote, que tenía los horarios establecidos para la partida. ( cada 30 min asi estemos antes)

Ventajas: Las habitaciones son preciosas. El servicio es muy bueno, las personas son amables y muy dulces. La comida es muy rica. El personal en especial siempre está dispuesto a ayudar de la mejor manera.

Desventajas: El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta para las personas que buscan relajarse y estar tranquilas, pero está lejos de las zonas de fiesta; así que para las personas jóvenes la ubicación no es la mejor. Y hubo un detalle en específico que nos incomodó muchísimo. Hicimos una reservación para pasar una noche más de lo previsto en el hotel, cambiamos de habitación por una con salida directa a la playa, pero resulta que allí la gente se podía pasear libremente al interior de nuestra villa, por lo tanto la villa con salida a la playa, que además es la más costosa, no la recomiendo, ya que tiene cero privacidad. Es mucho mejor la villa con piscina y vista a la playa.

Ventajas: Amazing service from all staffs. Nice beach , resort provided many activities daily which you will not get bored on the island

Ventajas: Breakfast was fine, but croissants is a must!!!, rooms are clean, nice service.

Desventajas: Swimming pool is a bit small compared to what seen in the profile picture.

Desventajas: Food was so-so. Plus they had a party for NYE and from my hotel room it felt like I was IN a club the music was so loud. Way past midnight. I understand it is a big day for a party, but they should have warned guests that it was going to be loud and disruptive.

Desventajas: Despite requesting an early check in this was not facilitated and we were left sat in reception in hot conditions until exactly 2pm when we asked about the room it was actually ready at 1pm but nobody told us. The in room televisions only have 2 English speaking channels out of a measly 15. The breakfast is not fabulous, some of the foods look like they come out of a tin rather than fresh - "freshly squeezed orange juice" should mean that, not orange cordial. The hotel is set up well for eastern Europeans/Chinese as most of the menus/hotel info are in those languages. Pool bar menu is not great either.

Ventajas: Las habitaciones estaban limpias y eran muy bonitas. Había una sala de aperitivos con bebidas y aperitivos disponibles, lo que era muy agradable. El personal de recepción era servicial. El hotel ofrece ferry a (y desde) islas Phi Phi con recogida en el hotel, por lo que es fácil para una excursión de un día.

Ventajas: Have stayed here before. The hotel is exquisite, staff are absolutely wonderful, especially Nami, Hana and Philip.

Desventajas: Nothing not to like.

Ventajas: The staff was kind and attentive. We had our laundry done there - they took care of it while we went to a show - by the time we got back it was already folded and ready to give back to us.

Desventajas: The photos are a bit misleading. We were convinced we would get the blue room featured in the photos but we got a much smaller room. Not the end of the world, but still a bummer. We were in room 105. Clean and nice room. However, sometimes in the evening and early morning you could hear noise of people talking (My wife, however, is a light sleeper, I never heard anything)

Desventajas: It was very noisy as you can hear people in the rooms next to you. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are advisable.

Ventajas: The hotel location - the deco and the interiors. The staff were the icing on the cake - very helpful and polite. The service is 5 star.

Ventajas: The restaurant is great, you should definitely check out their tuna steak! Also the interior and the atmosphere are really nice, it makes sense that they have used this hotel to film some of the scenes of "The Beach". The staff were very helpful while booking a ferry to Phi Phi islands as well as provided "bento box" style breakfast during our early check out.

Desventajas: Honestly it's just the lack of designated smoking area. You can smoke right next to the entrance, but there is no trash bin for cigarettes, so it's a bit of an awkward walk to throw them away.

Ventajas: La casa de estilo colonial. La ubicación en el centro antiguo de Phuket. En frente del hotel un tuk tuk ofrece sus servicios baratos para ir al embarcadero del ferry.

Desventajas: No hay ascensor , la escalera puede plantear problemas a algunas personas . Se oyen los ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas.

Ventajas: The hotel was very beautiful, and we loved the design/style.

Desventajas: The walls were very thin, and so we could hear noise coming from other rooms/communal areas.

Ventajas: We loved the central location, with nice cafe’s around ,the design and the collonial style of the Hotel felt quite unique. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Desventajas: The room was smaller than expected.

Ventajas: The hotel is located in the old town and is very nicely decorated, each room has its own design. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast there as we checked out early but there are coffee, tea and some complimentary snacks available. Overall a very nice place.

Desventajas: You could hear people from the other rooms, but this happened few times and overall not a big problem.

Ventajas: Excelente hotel en el centro de Old Town Phuket, tiene muchos restaurantes cerca dónde comer y varios bares dónde pasar un excelente rato. El diseño del hotel es antiguo pero muy acogedor.

Desventajas: El cuarto era bastante chico.

Desventajas: Difícil llegar hasta el vestíbulo sin un carrito de golf.

Ventajas: El desayuno excelente. La comida en general muy bien preparada. Camas individuales muy grandes. El servicio muy eficiente. Actividades para toda la familia. La piscina de más de 300 mts sin aglomeraciones.

Desventajas: El hotel sin terminar de construir que hay a la izquierda de la playa. La vista es una pena porque la playa sin gente, ni ruidos de música, motos acuáticas o demás diversiones playeras es una gozada. El ruido del aeropuerto es mínimo estando tan cerca.

Ventajas: En realidad me gustó todo, además tenían una promoción de All Inclusive que resultó extraordinaria... Un poco caro pero fabuloso para un buen descanso

Desventajas: Totalmente aislado del resto de la playa cercana lo que te obliga a tomar, un taxi para ir a qualquier parte

Ventajas: Hotel perfecto para relajarse. Habitación y piscina estupenda. Trato del personal y detalles increíbles. Desayuno espectacular.

Desventajas: Ubicación alejada y La Playa no es muy bonita, pero merece la pena el Resort. Un coche de alquiler sería una idea estupenda. Repetiría sin dudarlo

Desventajas: Construction site and ruin of a building next to the hotel. Low tide most of the day, so swimming impossible. Noise from the very close airport.

Ventajas: clean and new property, nice swimming pool, many activities for guest to enjoy, nice restaurant, nice lounge chairs to rest by the beach

Desventajas: When I checked in, the staff gave me the wrong key to the room that other guests are staying in. I don't expect this kind of carelessness at such big property. The staff swiftly troubleshoot and apologized.

Ventajas: Breakfast was lavish, staff behaviour was extremely polite, I must say every thing in this hotel was fantastic.

Desventajas: Beach was bit quite and flat, other then this every thing was fantastic

Ventajas: Las camas son súper cómodas. Los baños están súper limpios y son espaciosos. La sala común es muy bonita y el personal es muy amable, te ayuda y aconseja en todo :)

Desventajas: Podrían tener una neverita o algo para guardar nuestras cosas.

Ventajas: It was silent and peaceful.

Desventajas: If there could be a desk or a stand next to the bed to keep few things, it would be great. Also the floor makes a lot of noise since it's wood. The furnishing is amazing but the guests always can't make sure to walk softly. The beds were too high, which is not a problem for youngsters but could be an issue to sort out. Also if there was a smoking lounge, it would have been the best.

Ventajas: Spotlessly clean in the bedroom and the shared bathroom. Beds were soft and bedding smelt super fresh and clean. The WiFi was good. Showers were hot. Fantastic location in old town. The owner spoke amazing English and was so helpful. We ended up staying longer than we’d booked.

Desventajas: The air con was leaking but it still worked perfectly fine so wasn’t really a problem for us!

Desventajas: We got the double room with bunk beds, a bit peculiar... The rooms are not very sound proof so you get the feeling that you next door guest is in your room ^^

Desventajas: Had misunderstanding with payment (asked to pay for our stay nevertheless it was paid while booking). Hope we’ll get the refund as agreed.

Ventajas: Me gustó todo, pero si destacaría algo es que estás como en plena naturaleza, las zonas de jardines del hotel son espectaculares y la construcción de todo el hotel está realizada en madera y parece integrarse perfectamente en el entorno natural.

Desventajas: Me gustó todo.

Ventajas: Loved it all. Beautiful grounds. Great big rooms with beautiful huge bathroom and showers! Concrete walls making it very quiet for neighbors and not hearing airplanes . Bar and restaurant on site. Property right across street from an amazing blue water beach with white sands ! Walking distance to more restaurants down the street! Great location, and still a few mins away to airport. Best beach on all of Phuket for swimming and less crowds ! Loved the massive pool for laps and lounging. Order drinks from pool too!

Desventajas: Breakfast could always be better, but it was good and omelettes were yummy.

Ventajas: Las habitaciones son tal cual en la foto, muy amplias, cama cómoda y cuarto de baño grande. Tiene una pequeña terracita muy agradable. La piscina es grande con una zona de spa y muy limpia y muchas hamacas donde descansar. La playa en preciosa en frente del hotel. Tienen servicio de shuttle al aeropuerto gratuito y pudimos quedarnos en la piscina después del check out durante todo el día hasta que saliera nuestro vuelo. Es un sitio muy agradable para disfrutar de la playa, naturaleza y desconectar pero no hay mucho más que hacer por allí, si quieres moverte a otras zonas tiene que ser en taxi y es bastante caro.

Desventajas: El desayuno es muy escaso y no acorde al precio que pagamos y de un hotel de 4 estrellas, además tiene pajaritos que revolotean por la comida. Algunos miembros del staff no saben inglés fluido por lo que no te dan mucha información en el check in sobre las opciones que había en el hotel, tours, etc. Habíamos visto que había bicis en el hotel y nos dijeron que Todas estaban estropeadas. Ofrecen muchos canales de tv pero en nuestra habitación solo se veían algunos, intentaron arreglarlo pero no supieron cómo.

Ventajas: The location was brilliant. The hotel felt like a hideaway retreat. The local area was very charming and welcoming. The live music in the Boss Bar was a bonus. Wish we had more days there!

Desventajas: Language barrier with the staff some things that were booked were not in fact booked upon checking the day of the appointment. No views of the ocean from the room.

Ventajas: The property was clean and the location was very convenient as it is 4 minutes away from the airport. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool area was clean.

Desventajas: The room was stuffy and the bed was a little uncomfortable. There were no electric plugs near the bed. The property restaurant was good but the staff did not know how to speak English that well, so it was difficult to order or ask questions about the menu.

Ventajas: El hotel es precioso y muy bien cuidado,el entorno es muy bonito y la piscina grande, para descansar en pareja está muy bien o para estar solo, relajado y paz...

Desventajas: No hay mucha cosa que hacer por allí. Es lugar de descanso y paseo. Hay algunos puestos ambulantes por el dia,el parque Nacional son todos los alrededores. Se puede pasear por las playas que son muy tranquilas, apenas hay gente. La comida del restaurante no me gustó.

Ventajas: El hotel es un establecimiento muy bonito. Está ubicado en un parque natural, así que el entorno es precioso. La playa es genial para realizar deportes acuáticos tipo kite surf.

Desventajas: Nada.

Ventajas: Our extended family stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved this beautiful and well ran Hotel. The rooms are lovely, the beds are super comfy, the gardens and pool well kept. Breakfast was included and lovely with tea and coffee facilities available all day and night. They have a free shuttle that takes you into old town from 10 to 4 pm every 2 hours, get your own way home, which was fantastic. The areas is quiet but close to the action I would definitely stay or recommend

Ventajas: En cuanto entramos en la habitación estaba impecable, brillaba. La chica de recepción encantadora y nos pidió un taxi que necesitábamos para el día siguiente. Solo estuvimos una noche porque estábamos en Phuket de paso pero la verdad que la habitación muy cómoda.

Ventajas: La atención de las recepcionistas, el apoyo continuo y su disposición en todo momento . Habitaciones cómodas y grandes, una piscina de buen tamaño y bonita.

Ventajas: Nice pool and rooms good standard

Desventajas: Not sure on location as we went for a walk to find a restaurant and ended up with 7/11 toasties as there seemed to be only street food within walking distance

Ventajas: It was my girlfriend birthday and they helped me preparing a surprise. All the staff come along to with her happy birthday. Staff very friendly and hotel is very quiet.

Desventajas: We had a small issue with the shower but it was quickly solved.

Ventajas: Staff and the 24hours coffee/tea. Staff could not do enough for the guests. Very friendly.

Desventajas: Water in the swimming pool was on the cold side.

Ventajas: Habitación amplia. Lavabo perfecto. Balconcito al exterior. Cama muy cómoda y grande. Te dan aguas cada día. Hotel muy bonito decorado y muy colorido. Desayuno muy completo y bueno.

Desventajas: El día del check in pedimos que nos prepararan el desayuno para llevar del día siguiente, ya que teníamos un tour muy temprano (6am), nos dijeron que no había problema, que por la mañana temprano nos tendrían preparado un set. Al día siguiente, cuando bajamos, el chico de recepción no sabía nada, la cocina estaba cerrada y no había set. Suerte que el chico se portó genial y nos preparó algo al momento (aguas, zumos y fruta). No hay ascensor. Lejos del muelle Rassada.

Ventajas: We liked everything. The room was very nice and clean. Location was perfect directly next to NightMarket where we founded delicious food. Design at this hotel is great and so cute!

Desventajas: El desayuno es malo, solo dos opciones y la opción de desayuno americano no es rica, consta de dos fetas de jamón al sartén, dos salchichas, 2 rodajas de tomate con una de lechuga untados en mayonesa y huevo frito. Muy aceitoso y nada agradable. El jugo nos sentó mal. Apenas 1 o 2 variedades de frutas, no hay yogurt. Deben mejorar la calidad del desayuno a la brevedad.

Ventajas: Cómodo, limpio, nuevo, personal agradable, buen desayuno

Desventajas: Sin ascensor, el agua no sale caliente

Ventajas: Nice stylish room, bathroom was also modern. Right in the center of old town in a beautiful road with Portuguese styled buildings, which is the place to be if you are in Phuket town. The WiFi was good, the staff really friendly and helpful. They helped us, did some calls for us for our pick up and next location. The coffee is great, definitely try the iced latte! You can rent some scooters just a few hundert meters away for 250 baht a day to go to the beaches. We would definitely choose old town and this accommodation again over the beach places which we did not like at all as they were super touristic with awful big hotels.. rather try freedom beach, it was awesome with nothing but djungel around!

Ventajas: The character, the location, the excellent staff, the individually styled rooms, the coffee and craft chocolate shop downstairs... fantastic and great value.

Ventajas: The location is really central - you can walk from here to many places of local interest, shrines, temples and museums and markets. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable and well decorated.

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: The guest house was in the heart of the Sunday market only 1/2 block from the main area. The best part of old town on Rommanee street which is a quiet one way. Lovely old buildings n bright colours remind me of the Caribbean. Owned by the same family that runs the coffee shop they were helpful and kind. Printed our pass for the ferry the following day. Yes- you need to print. I was sceptical! Room comfortable with good hard bed and soft pillows. And quiet. Ask for number three.

Desventajas: For the cost of the room include coffee and danish in the morning! I can’t believe what a difference included breakfast makes.

Ventajas: Very clean and cosy room, with very comfortable bed and perfect bathroom. it's a small guesthouse above a coffee place, which you go through every time you go out ( even when the coffe bar is closed)). The street is very popular, espevially during the day, so be prepared to photobomb a lot of pictures!

Desventajas: If i have to write down something, I think i would have preferred to have a small fridge in the room rather than a communal one in the hallway.

Desventajas: Shabbiest Housekeeping. Worst cleanliness. Not family friendly hotel. Staff not at all helpful...Pretend to be busy...overall an okay stay.

Ventajas: The staff was very polite. Went out of the way to ensure a comfortable stay for us. The view from the lobby was stunning. The facilities were very good.

Desventajas: It is a little far off from the main city

Ventajas: Staff is very friendly. The property is on a steep hill which makes walking a little tough, but they have a buggy service to take you to/from your room. Breakfast buffet is delicious and served in two restaurants. Rooms are very clean and bayview rooms have a very nice view of the water.

Desventajas: Locations is a bit far from town. Good place if you just want to stay at the resort.

Ventajas: Realmente un excelente servicio y una preocupación permanente por cada detalle. Comidas riquísimas en un ambiente tranquilo, perfecto para disfrutar de unas buenas vacaciones en Phuket. Especial agradecimiento a Kat, Hong, Rada (from Eest) and Preto team!!

Desventajas: Solo pequeños detalles de mantenimiento en la ducha en la habitación.

Ventajas: El servicio al huésped. La vista hacia el mar y su vegetación. La comida exquisita.

Desventajas: No nos gustaron varias cosas: 1. Pedimos habitación con piscina privada, se nota que no le dan el mantenimiento adecuado porque estaba sucia en las orillas con musgo. (Tengo fotos). Las luces internas de la piscina no funcionan correctamente. Ya que solo una se enciende. 2. Las luces exteriores de la piscina, una funcionaba los primeros 2 días, la última noche ya no encendió. 3. Muebles muy deteriorados, parecen muebles de un hostal de $. 15.00 la noche. 4. Vidrios de la piscina y ducha sucios. 5. Tina rota (tengo fotos) 6. Aire acondicionado del cuarto difícil de regular, nunca dio la temperatura adecuada. 7. El día que llegamos enfrente la puerta de ingreso habían 2 vasos, obviamente no eran míos porque cuando llegué ya estaban allí. Estuve 3 noches y hasta la 3 noche que le dije a la persona que me fue a dejar a mi habitación los quitaron, lo que demuestra poca limpieza del lugar. 8. Arriba de la piscina donde está el jacuzzi hay un tipo de laguna artificial con agua verde estancada. PÉSIMO. 9. El masaje creo que se aprovechan que todo es lejos, por eso es tan caro (no me lo hice). 10. La playa es muy fea, no se puede bañar en ella y tampoco le dan mantenimiento porque estaba sucia. 11. Los sillones de la sala sucios (ver fotos) 12. Exterior de la habitación en malas condiciones, muy deteriorado. Realmente deja mucho que desear para una habitación de más de $. 250.00

Ventajas: One word: fantastic!

Ventajas: Located in sub urban area of Phuket. This resort Is a strong recommendation for travelers who are looking for tranquility, peace and time away from all the stress that the world has to offer. Food was splendid. Breakfast spread was lavish. Fine dining experience at EEST was romantic and a gastronomical delight.

Ventajas: Tanto el desayuno cómo la cena eran de cinco estrellas

Desventajas: La ubicación en zona bonita con buenas vistas pero alejada del centro

Ventajas: Everything.. would go back in a heartbeat
