Several dozen people were told that they ran out of cars and that we would have to either wait 2 plus hours for returns or go to another rental agency. This is complete failure on management to plan, especially for an airport location. I ended up paying DOUBLE for my rental because of their incompetencies.Opinión del 29 may 2023

Line up at the airport was not good at all. Also once we finally got served, as we waited for our vehicle ( again in a long line ) it became apparent that when you gave a sneaky tip that you got serviced much faster. Poor service at pick up. 3hour wait to get checked in and then 2 hour wait for a car. Only had one person processing rental cars. Staff said it was the same way last year for this time of year. They already knew they were going to be busy so they Should have had more staff on duty.Opinión del 21 feb 2023

They were out of cars. None- there were about 60 people there that night and they did not get their vehicles. I paid a high upgrade fee to get a Shelby mustang convetible - it was the only car they had left. I was expecting to pay about $200 for a rental and I ended up spending about $900. It was a horrendously suboptimal experience. The car, however, was nice, but it would have rather been able to rent and pay for what I needed, not for a fancy sports car.Opinión del 21 nov 2022

Easy pickup and drop off. Car was clean. But many hidden fees, including charging a fee for spouse as second driver. Most companies don’t charge for this. The total cost was double the original quote which was very frustrating.Opinión del 17 ene 2022

The upgrade cost could have been done away with since I was in a price where the agent got to choose the car. I saw many other companies that had compact cars for $20 to $25 cheaper a day. Then to try and up sale us on insurance and gas was a it too much. I won't use Thrifty again.Opinión del 14 sept 2021
