Every National employee we encountered was friendly, warm, helpful and understanding -- which was all very appreciated considering the travel-related stress we'd been under the day we had to rent a vehicle to get home. That said, $300+ for a one-night one-way rental felt a bit exploitative when so many people were stranded by airlines during the holiday travel weeks.Opinión del 3 ene 2023

With National membership it was nice to skip the rental desk and just pick an available car. The problem was that they didn't have the car type that we reserved, so we were told to just pick any car in the Emerald Aisle. I had to call National twice after rental completed because they severely overcharged us vs. the agreement/reservation we had made.Opinión del 15 nov 2022

Desventajas:They did not have a vehicle for me when I got there. They upgraded my car for free, but then as I was filing out paperwork, being told, “We have someone watching your car,” another customer walked up and took it.
