Paid for BMW 5 series, was assigned a small Jaguar SUV. I selected nearest drop off to our hotel, and ended up with a 25 min and $20 Uber back to our hotel instead of the drop location I picked. Disappointed.Opinión del 11 may 2023

I had to cancel my reservation 4 days in advance my data passed and was still charged a $100 for the cancelation the guy on the phone didn't want to hear it or work with me on that at all so now I'm not happy with I'm priceline who the car was throughOpinión del 7 feb 2023

Had to wait in a long line in the middle of the night and then again wait for a car to be actually ready. They were however really great about giving us a random upgrade (choosing whatever we wanted from the "presidential" section). Got a nice SUV for the price of an economy compact.Opinión del 31 ene 2023

The line at the PHX airport was very long .. having to shuttle over wasn’t the best either. The price wasn’t even close to worth it. Next time, I’ll just Uber as much as I want and it wouldn’t even come close to the price I paid. Drop off was very quick and easy.Opinión del 26 abr 2022

Just to have better instructions on how to get the shuttle for the rental car. Like have better signs and exactly were to wait to get itOpinión del 20 mar 2022
