Ventajas:I liked selecting and booking my rental through the online services.Desventajas:I did not like that I could not make changes or that customer service stated they could not make changes and I had to call Fox or Priceline to make changes to the purchase. This could have been avoided if there was an option for the consumer to cancel or make changes just as easy as it is to the purchase.Opinión del 16 mar 2021

Desventajas:The vehicle was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned much less sanitized. The car was not in good condition and sounded/felt like the tires were going to fall off at any minute. I tried to call customer service but couldn’t get through so I sent an email from their website and still haven’t received a reply after 7 days. Worst car rental company. Not worth it. Ventajas:Nothing. We spent 2 hours waiting in line at the car rental place waiting for our car. When I asked the gentlemen if this was typical, I advised me that I should call another rental company that charges more if I want better service.Desventajas:Stop undercutting your competition and then thinking that 3-4 people on staff will be able to handle 100 people coming in at once. Ventajas:Car did what it was supposed to.Desventajas:Car absolutely reeked of cigarettes. This was actually the second car as the first was even worse somehow. Fox needs to enforce the smoking penalties.Opinión del 14 mar 2021

Ventajas:Easy drop off! Once we had our car, no issues.Desventajas:The wait time was about 1 hour once we arrived at the Phoenix Rental Car building. The line was long for Fox Rental cars, and the wait was about an hour to get up to the counter.Opinión del 13 mar 2021

Ventajas:The staff at the counter for check in was extremely friendly, professional and efficient. It was an easy process. I really appreciated that. :)Desventajas:The pick up was just OK... I had to go back to the booth to point out several dents and scratches that were not indicated on the check up sheet... Then I had to go back to the vehicle with the sheet to write them down (they were too many to remember exactly where they were). Then back again to the booth for acknowledgment & signature of the staff. The response was abrupt, with no eye contact. I didn't feel that they valued my business...
