Wonderful room, beautiful garden and pool, excellent food (breakfast and diner), fantastic service.
Transportation from airport was not there, a mistake was made about my schedule coming in. Internet was not functioning in the bedroom.

The booking and pre-arrival contact was very prompt and friendly. Pick up from the airport reliable as agreed. Rooms are clean. Nice garden.
Upon arrival after a 11-hour trip, we were rushed to sign forms and slide the credit cards. That felt a bit ill prioritized and timed. The room was right next to the parking. The water pump broke two nights in a row which left guests without water supply in the morning. My breakfast order had got lost over night and caused me delays. It is an event venue and most guests left in due time and allowed us to sleep. The last night however we heard guests and car doors til 2am in the morning, it was hard to fall asleep and left me with very little sleep (and no shower).

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable with impressive decoration and excellent personalized service. They offer a good variety of foods for breakfast and dinner and the meals were well prepared, fresh and flavourful. I also appreciated the quietness of the location and overall ambiance of the hotel.
