Location, high product cost
Nice rooms, great lobby, super nice and helpful staff. Nice clean pool area.I will stay there again when in the area. I highly recommend
Few spots in the bathroom that showed wear and tear and stains, but minimal
Spacious rooms, very clean, and friendly and polite staff.
Neighborhood was safe but looked a little 'runner down'
The ceiling leaked in the bathroom...
People not real friendly almost like they were mad to be at work
Our room had Ants.
The hotel was ok, the remodel was nice. However, tge staff were awful.
The attitude of the staff aka customer service front desk staff is horrendous. The were un friendly, rude and condescending. Especially the lady who checked me out.
Love it!!! Friendly staff & a great room.
The location an the comfortable bed
staff. rude. no microwave in room.. housekeeping staff didn't speak English.
This was the best hotel we stayed at on the whole trip. The lobby area had a food/drink bar and comfortable seating, internet access, a small grocery bar. The staff was quick and efficient. The room was beautiful, well designed and the beds were good.
There wasn't anything I didn't like. When we got home we realized we left our jackets in the closet. I called the hotel and the jackets had been found and they offered to fed ex them to me. This is exceptional and never happens, so the staff is honest.
The rooms were updated and clean. Check in was quick. Ample parking near entrances.
The Bistro lacked luster and was over priced.
The décor was nice modern and clean. The Starbucks and amenities in the lobby were great.
Location related to the interstate.
I did not like the cleanliness of the hotel room as well as the fact that there was no breakfast provided/included.
The staff that checked us in was great. She was very helpful and allowed us to check in 2 hours early.
The air conditioner in the room only half worked, we kept having to turn it off and turn it back on to get it to stop blowing hot air. It also leaked water all over the floor. We found our pillow case was covered in mold.
The interior and rooms have been beautifully updated.
The rooms facing the pool can have quite a bit of extra noise all the way up until 11pm which is difficult for guests with young children. Also, the bistro food and drinks are disappointing.
Hotel linen was dirty, dog in next room barked a lot and housekeeping never came to clean room. We had to move to another room.
It was clean and well maintained with easy access to the highway.
Ice machine was directly across from our door and people were getting ice in the wee early morning hours.
Rather noisey at night, voices in the courtyard echoed. It was quiet in the morning though.
could not change from a room with one king to a room with 2 queens
The rooms have been refurbished with some different furniture and lighting that was nice.
Old, dated exterior, parking, hallways. Some of the furniture was new, some was really old and worn.
Under renovation. Room smelled and had a faulty a.c. system that made a knocking noise every 15 minutes which interrupted sleep throughout the entire night
Room was reasonably clean
Under construction. Should not have had the rating it had. Very noisy
Location is excellent. Hotel responded slowly -- but well -- to a problem (see below) by giving us breakfast gratis.
Shower in our room had no hot water. Front desk only responded belatedly by finally giving us access to a neighboring room to shower.
This is NOT a 3 Star hotel. 2 stars at best. It didn't help matters any that the entire ground floor was under construction/remodel and guests have to enter in the construction entrance. Certainly didn't live up to Marriot Courtyard standards. It was fairly obvious that this hotel was originally built some years back as another, less expensive chain of hotels and bought by Marriot at some later point in time. I've never written a poor review for a hotel but this review is deserving. I rated it at 2 Stars, but more deserving of 1 1/2 stars. Disappointing stay.
Major construction. I bid and could have got the bid price by walking in.
Quiet and comfortable. Good location off the highway.
Reserved a suite and received a regular room with no difference in price it was reserved for.
False advertising. No jacuzzi available. No on demand function to watch movies. Old carpeting. Uncomfortable bed. Not at all like the review that was mentioned when we won the bid and certainly not on par with the usual courtyard name.
im never able to get double beds there
couldnt get double bed room
It was in a convenient, safe location
I had a noisy air conditioning unit. It snapped, creaked and popped the entire 3 nights. It made it very difficult to sleep. there was also an issue with billing. I reserved through priceline but staff charged an extra $140 before my stay was complete
Proximity to I75. Ease of check-in and check-out.
Breakfast was not included. At $10/person, it was a significant cost change versus what I expected.
They were able to get me a king sized bed.
There are lots of things I did not like about this hotel.
Thin walls! Don't stay in an even numbered room - they all face the courtyard and pool area and people were very loud well past 10pm
Run down exterior, absolutely terrible bed (back ache all day the next day), broken furniture. Certainly not up to the rating at which Priceline has it.
There was one mirror in the entire room which was at the sink and when I went to use a curling iron there were NO OUTLETS aroung the sink - not sure how you are supposed to do your hair??? Also there was not a mini fridge and I would think a Mariott hotel
Shower did not work properly and air conditioner was leaking onto carpet in room. Shower would not come on. We were finally offered a different room after we complained about ALL of the problems. We chose not to move because kids were asleep.
The only negative was the jacuzzi which we were looking forward to after a long day of driving was closed.
It was in the right location that was about it.
The rooms were 2 star at best. The PL web site said it included breakfast and it did not. The staff was rude. Management no better than staff. Manager still not returning emails.
I did not enjoy this hotel I will never stay again
the rooms was not room at all
Stayed here for one night while passing through. Room was comfortable and everything worked fine. No cleanliness issues, and no noise problems (although hotel was not nearly full during our stay). Outdoor pool was not yet open, but looked fine; hot tub pleasant. Easily accessible from the freeway, and several fast food and mid-grade dining establishments (such as Ruby Tuesday's) very close. Staff was very accommodating when I needed extra blankets and towels - prompt and courteous. Breakfast not complementary but they will take a few bucks off if you limit yourself to continental items. Although it's a bit pricey for adults, the breakfast is quite good, with a lot of variety. Overall, I'd stay here again if passing through.
We were stopping through Marietta Georgia and hopped into a Starbucks to book a hotel on the internet--chose this one in about 2 minutes so we took a risk. The hotel was new, perfectly clean, and had excellent service, and was at a great price. I will now start looking for Courtyard Marriots when I'm on the road.
We had a clean room overlooking the courtyard. It was very nice. The breakfast staff were a bit hard to get along with but all in all things were fine. We would stay again.
DECENT PLACE, GOOD BEDS. INEXPENSIVE. NICE TO HAVE A PATIO. CLEAN, BUT COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER, IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. EASY AND FRIENDLY TO DEAL WITH. WOULD PROBABLY STAY THERE AGAIN.
