Staff were fantastic ... very friendly indeed. The staff were always happy/cheerful and so helpful! They work 7 days a week too and we could not fault any of them at all. Special thanks to Chrysa (reception) ... George, Spiros, Joanna and Olga at the bar. Also, Annamarie, Kostas at the Le Pergola restaurant and the Maitre'd Jennsson! Outdoor cinema in the evenings. Up to date films. For the popular films get there 10-15 mins before as there are only about 45 metal chairs... and maybe take a small cushion from the room as they are not that comfy! Hotel WI-FI was good.

Towels in the room were a bit 'old' / slightly worse for wear really. Perhaps they will be updated when they open the new sections of the hotel. Being vegetarian's meant we were eating more or less the same food each night. Annoying hedge trimming/gardening work would often be undertaken at various hours not far from pool areas which doesn't help if you are trying to relax or have a nap on the sun loungers. Small local beach area (5 min walk) bit rundown. (Could be as it was nearly the end of the season?) No coffee/tea making facilities in room - Also, their policy ... 'no food or drinks purchased outside of the hotel are allowed on the premises'. Cost of the pre-booked airport to hotel transfers of 90 euros. You can save over 50 euro by arranging yourself! Just get a taxi from outside airport to catch the Argostoli ferry over to Luxouri (they are red/purple cars- including 2 cases = 20 euros... NB green and white ferry leaves a quarter to or a quarter past the hour or use the blue and white ferry which leave on the hour or half past the hour at a cost of 2.8 euros pp. Then when you disembark at Luxouri get a taxi approx 12 euro. Basically, you saving over 50 Euro!
