Ventajas: Habitaciones con vistas a la playa y el asombroso paisaje de Hammamet. Instalaciones de 10, comida variada y de calidad. Servicio amable y gentil.

Desventajas: Nada

Ventajas: Perfecto. Limpieza, comodidad, calidad y muy buen trato. El buffet es rico y variado. Sin duda 5 estrellas.

Ventajas: Great to have SPA within the building

Desventajas: It would be great to have a washing machine for guests to wash their clothes and possibly more awareness on vegetarian serving..

Ventajas: Travelled from Manchester to be at New Year’s Eve, only to be segregated and found ourselves with kids of 3, 4 years old. Two different venues for NYE, not given a choice. Anyway had to go somewhere else.

Desventajas: Splitting guests into ethnic category.

Ventajas: Everything

Desventajas: Nothing

Ventajas: Kids Animation programs and supporting stuffs.

Desventajas: No Wi-Fi in the room. Even in the lobby it was very very slow.

Ventajas: Breakfast had a large variety of spread and was awesome. One shouldn't miss the fresh bread pastry baked right in front of you. The property is huge and kept clean at all times. They even have a huge indoor temperature controlled swimming swimming pool which was excellent. Every night guests were invited for some or the other activities like Karaoke or Quiz, they even offered free drinks on some nights.

Desventajas: Bathroom and toilet needs some upgrade

Ventajas: The hotel is located in the middle of everything, in front of a beautiful clean beach, near malls , restaurants and pubs of the Medina but a very quite area. The property is spacious and clean with all facilities u expect in a 4 star hotel. Staff give much attention to details and try to make your stay most confortable and pleasant. Ibrahim , smiling Sarra and the staff at the front desk were so welcoming, Nessrine was very professional and doing her best to give information and directions about the hotel and the area, Kamel at the restaurant was a funny and very professional waiter and the food was always terrific with many options to choose from, the room attendants do a great job cleaning and decorating the room every day ... For all the above mentioned reasons I extended my stay from 1 week to 3 weeks and I am happy I did. Thank you everyone at Iberostar Averroes for the outstanding services.

Ventajas: The hotel was amazing ,the people in Tunisia are nice. This hotel is the best hotel in Hammett and everything within walking distance , media 5 min walk , marina 7 min walk , the beach is so clean you can go to the beach from the hotel , food is outstanding, i would recommend to book all inclusive. Currency wise great , i would recommend Tunisia over Egypt and Morocco. I am not sure why Tunisia so underrated but its absolutely outstanding

Desventajas: only thing i would say to improve on bathroom and toilets, its clean and very nice yet i still think it could be better and the they should make the safe free of charge

Desventajas: La ubicación nefasta, la playa sin preparar, los precios europeos y dependes todo el tiempo del servicio de taxi. No hay comunicación directa taxi al aeropuerto, solo el servicio del hotel por el módico precio de 65 euros, los taxistas fuera del hotel no prestan ese servicio

Ventajas: Staff was great. Colourful and artsy Paul Klee suite was unique. Food is perfect but is a bit pricey.

Ventajas: Always kind & helpful staff :) Private atmosphere

Ventajas: Comfy room. Strange clear glass shower nearly in the centre of the room. No privacy if sharing with a friend . Staff very smart and helpful great buffet breakfast . Don't have a room facing the back not a good outlook .

Ventajas: Hotel is top of the line everything is beautiful. Be aware of ocean front only rooms. You get 1/3 ocean view and 2/3 abandoned wild land that is very unpleasant to look at ( dirts, random parked cars with loud drunkards who kept stairing at hotel balconies). When we tried to change the room, the customer relation agent had a tantrum and I had to steer him away from it, even though the hotel was almost empty. We chose to have a massage the next day. I can't get over the fact that they charge top dollar for 80 minutes relaxing massage, which is delivered by a very incompetent staff who we felt had no clue to what they were doing ( my wife and I were very disappointed with the quality). The Spa is extremely clean and luxurious, it just lacked a competent "masseur" who will make it worth the 180 dinars. Although they were very polite, just did not really know how to stimulate stressed spots. Breakfast was extremely good with a wide variety of good quality food. very friendly and accommodating waiters.

Ventajas: It leaves impression in the first moment you step in. The rooms are very wonderful. The receptionist Mr. Hatem is such an over-qualified person that makes your first moment in the visit stunning. The staff is amazing at their job.

Desventajas: Nothing

Desventajas: El agua de la piscina climatizada un poco más caliente mejor ya que en general la gente no va allí a nadar sino a pasar un rato en el agua disfrutando de las vistas

Ventajas: La calidad de los restaurantes, las instalaciones, el personal , todo en general

Desventajas: La situación, alejada de todo, sólo te puedes mover en taxi. El hotel, sin previo aviso, te cobra nada más y nada menos que 2 euros cada vez que te llama a un taxi. Vergonzoso!!!!

Ventajas: Excelente hotel para pasar unos días de relax. El personal muy atento y todos los servicios magníficos

Ventajas: Me gustó mucho la sensación de tranquilidad,el hecho que no hayan niños, el espacio alrededor de la piscina principal, el gran número de gandulas , la amabilidad del personal, la amplitud de la habitación donde no se oyen ruidos de los vecinos o del pasillo. El desayuno bufé : como en los otros hoteles, a destacar : más surtido de zumos de fruta como el de fresa por ejemplo, la selección de pasteles típicos, la bollería muy buena.

Desventajas: Algunas gandulas de tela están en mal estado, lo he señalado a la recepción antes de irme. Tienen que hacer un repaso. En los restaurantes, algunos camareros no saben explicar los platos en francés, lo que me ha sorprendido en un hotel de esta categoria.

Ventajas: Mezcla el sabor tradicional de la arquitectura palaciega de la zona con la modernidad En primera línea de playa con cómodas tumbonas, incluso una pequeña biblioteca!!! Piscina muy grande, con jacuzzis exteriores. Bar de la piscina ! Las suites amplias, muy confortables y con vistas a la piscina y el mar Estupenda piscina de agua salada del spa!!! Destacar la amabilidad, profesionalidad y sobre todo el trato personalizado por parte del personal del hotel Agradecer a todos y a cada uno, por lograr que la estancia, aunque corta haya sido realmente inolvidable Definitivamente volveremos!!

Desventajas: Late check in and check out, housekeeping entering the room without knocking the door, isolation during the music event.

Ventajas: Estuvimos en la semana santa de este año 21018, 3 noches. En el hotel éramos 15 huéspedes máximo, estaba prácticamente vacío. La limpieza de todos los espacios (incluída la zona de aguas), la decoración, la atención del personal. La piscina de agua de mar cubierta una maravilla. Relación calidad precio recomendable.

Desventajas: La alimentación para este hotel de tal categoría es muy justa y escasa. El desayuno muy pobre. De los 4 restaurantes disponibles únicamente tenían 1 abierto por la poca gente que había en el hotel. La opción para vegetarianos que era nuestro caso, era nula, prácticamente inexistente.

Desventajas: Durante algunos días, en q el mar está movido, trae plásticos q hacen poco disfrutable el agua. Sería interesante ampliar el horario del gimnasio y una piscina de agua caliente acfesible para los huéspedes.

Ventajas: It was perfect. Thanks a lot to all the staff there. They are very kind and caring about all details. Always ready to help you on any thing even it is not really there job to do. I want to thank you all for the surprise that they did for me and my wife. In fact I just told them that we are here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and they immediately prepare a surprise for us...

Ventajas: Every thing was perfect i will come back soon for sure

Ventajas: Very good management by Maike, the assistant director. She was very swift in fixing issues, reservation in the restaurants, transportation back to airport etc....

Desventajas: All good, except the girl who took care of our kids for Mini club let our son go home alone without our consent. It was rectified very swiftly but needed some clear indications and process review bout mini club rules to know what is acceptable or not.

Desventajas: Room was not clean, we have asked many times to change the bed sheet and the pillow cover but they kept it as it is Alot of mosquitoes and small spiders in the room

Desventajas: They don’t have cofee and tea in the room , also only one jacuzzi.

Ventajas: Animation team espacially for kids, The beach bar, The location of the hotel, The swimming pool and the beach, The staff is friendly, foods an drinks are available all the time, great variaty but average quality, Price is fare.

Desventajas: The facility is old, it's not that clean for a 5 star hotel, The food is available in qunatity but lack some quality, The Juces are all not natural, the cocktails are bad quality for a 5 stars hotel,

Ventajas: Pools, beach and most importantly the water slides. Night show is funny and help you in filling your time completely

Desventajas: Room size for triple rooms should be a bit bigger

Desventajas: Necesitamos alguna medecina básica. Tuvimos que ir afuera para encontrar una farmacia. Me hubiera gustado tener un cuarto de niños en casa.

Ventajas: The Staff was very friendly and professional. The dinner was excellent and very delicious.

Desventajas: We did a relaxation massage in the SPA , the staff was very friendly .but A lot of noise during our massage .

Ventajas: La ubicacion es muy buena. Habitacion limpia y espaciosa. El personal de recepción y restaurante muy bien.

Desventajas: Las camareras que limpian la habitación fatal. Desde las 8 de la mañana haciendo ruido y hablando muy alto Entre ellas por los pasillos. A las 9:15 de la mañana habían intentado entrar a limpiar la habitación dos veces. da igual que pongas “no molestar”. Trabajan de dos en dos y hablan todo el rato. Imposible descansar

Ventajas: En general esta bien, lo habría ningún "pero" El personal son todos muy amables y colaboradores lo único que dependiendo del tipo de hoteles que te gusten te satisfaga mas o menos porque efectivamente es un macro hotel del tipo a los que puedas encontrar en Benidorm o Salou, aunque la zona (Hammamet) es eso básicamente.

Ventajas: Los trabajadores son muy simpáticos y te hacen sentir como en casa!

Desventajas: Demasiados niños por todos los lados. No lo recomendaría si es un viaje en pareja o de relax.

Ventajas: The friendliness of the catering staff members. The hotel architecture. The security team at the gates. Easy access to the beach.

Desventajas: - Poor cleanliness standards in the common areas (lobby, restaurant, pool terrace, elevators, hallway carpets). - Cleanliness is dismal in the restaurant area. - Disgusting beach area, full of plastic trash, cigarette butts and unattended trash bins (in the shape of clay jars). The area is dead and unlit in the evening (sunbeds piled up, beach bar closed) and unattended by personnel. - Poor housecleaning services, terrible bed and bed linen quality. - Poor maintenance, visible in the A/C situation, water leakages, sluggish sink and bath tub caulking, drooping curtains, etc. - Serious A/C issues all over. The latest incident was the advertising panel inside the lift that fell off one of the lift walls, with its glass part and sharp edges on the ground. We reported it to one of the maintenance staff members who was thankful to be notified. - Poor food quality and variety, vegetables were often undercooked in water. - Guest behavior was absolutely shocking. - Patchy internet connection in rooms. We reported the problem several times but no solution was offered. - Lifeguards, particularly in the quieter smaller pool, are practically useless. They are mostly absorbed by their phones or their friends. They selectively scream at some teenagers and kids of Arab origin, but discard misbehavior of Western/Russian pool users. - No amenities inside the room such as complimentary coffee and tea supplies as is standard worldwide, even in budget hotels. The all-inclusive formula is no excuse for the absence of such amenities. - Poor quality shower and shampoo supplies, bring your own. - Insect-ridden place with black crickets, bees, wasps, flies and mosquitoes. - Mini-kids' club mostly empty, and the attached bathrooms (W/C) were mostly occupied by adult hotel guests, resulting in stench. - Night animation was repetitive and boring. - Some rude reception staff members.

Ventajas: We got update normal room to suite . Wow . The staff is so friendly. Rooms very clean . Good animation .

Desventajas: Everything was good. We didnt miss anything. Only waterslides ... lol

Desventajas: El restaurante retira antes de la hora de fin parte de las comidas, y las bebidas no están incluidas en la media pensión ( algo que no nos advirtieron y pagamos el agua en la primera cena ), ampliamos a pensiónn completa Limitación del idioma: no suelen entender español ( nos comunicamos en italiano e inglés ) Y, algo muy a destacar, el restaurante italiano que se encuentra en el hotel Solaria es de pesima calidad

Ventajas: The dinner was good.

Desventajas: The breakfast wasn’t up to my expectations. Pb with the air conditioner. The time for the pool( just from 12 to 15) which is not enough.

Ventajas: The sea view ,the food ,the waterpool and the warmth stay in the hotel were amazing

Ventajas: The hospitality of Jhen, very helpful and spoke very good English.

Desventajas: The quality of food was not a 4 star Hotel standard. Cleanliness of the rooms was very poor, A stain on my floor was left for three days, towels were dirty. Cockroaches in the room. Laundry was handed in at 07.30 came 17.00 and the laundry was not ready, it was handed back not washed, they said we handed it in too late.

Ventajas: Very good location (near the sea, big territory, talasso centre BioAzur is on the territory), good dinners, good animation team. Christmas celebration (very good food and music).

Desventajas: New year celebration (very crowded and noisy, no space for dancing, it seems that there were many people not from hotel)

Ventajas: Good atmosphere, good breakfast and very nice view.

Desventajas: The staff is cold, do not take care of your requests and ventures European tourists ...

Ventajas: Position of the location

Desventajas: I pay all inclusiv and they charge 4 Tunisian dinar for normal water they need to be provide in the room service and if you want to have a cola after 12 midnight the charge is 7.5 dinar so definitely is not 4 star . We have booked 3 rooms first 2 days the didn’t clean one our room they took clean towels and don’t bring back any towels so no towels. I am disappointed about the food very poor quality and no choices for the day time the linens are not changed for 8 days.the staff for the restaurant are not clean they don’t clean properly the glasses and they give a coffee on the paper cups in the restaurant all the time they mixed the drinks and treated me different. I trying to speak with the managers but nothing solved I am not recommending definitely this hotel

Ventajas: Incredible location ! Beautiful beach. Exceptional view from the huge picture window and balcony. Nice walk to the medina by the street or the beach.

Desventajas: Meal options were limited. For supper there was the 50 dinars buffet or the very small snack bar which was not very good. Had to go out for lunch and supper; fortunatly there are a few good restaurants near by.

Ventajas: Muy bien ubicado, con playa propia. Excelentes servicios. Habitación con vista al mar, cómoda y luminosa. Desayuno abundante y variado.A nuestra solicitud nos posibilitaron un late check out.

Desventajas: Nada en particular.

Ventajas: The rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and tried hard.I did enjoy the spa and the treatments are a good value.

Desventajas: The facilities really need some maintenance. The food really needs some work though. More fresh fruit and veggies and less dried out pasta, bread etc. They could do more with local ingredients that didn't show up in the buffets at all.

Ventajas: The best place to get rid of work and daily life stress!! Everything is amazing! The food! The customer service! The entertainment activities, the beach, etc... we even got a room upgrade!

Ventajas: The facilities and room were in very good condition and the lobby and pool area are beautiful.

Desventajas: At check-in, which took a very long time and was intensively focused on checking our identity documents and making photocopies of it, the single Tunisian woman we were traveling with was pulled aside by hotel staff and asked if she is married and with whom she would be sharing her room. We found this to be an invasion of privacy. It was a very uncomfortable welcome to the hotel. We were also asked to pay for our entire stay in advance, which felt cheap on the part of the hotel. This is not standard practice at all hotels in Hammamet.

Desventajas: Not a 5 star hotel in anyway, very old and tired, needs modernisation, booked in for 3 nights, stayed one, and left for another hotel, they even give you a bracelet if your stay includes any food!

Ventajas: Really nice resort. The beach and pools were lovely. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Desventajas: Unfortunately, I was given the wrong wrist band on arrival and so the waiter demanded I sign for a bill in the middle of my meal despite me showing him that it was included in the booking. Reception then corrected this.
