Este hotel es increíble en todos Aspectos
Perfect for stay and play
This was our first time staying at the fairmont and to be honest we were a little apprehensive. From valet to door to door service it was amazing. The kids loved being in a castle. The pools were awesome, they have in house bowling, movie theatre, winter sport rentals. We basically realized by staying there we didn't have to pack up 2 toddlers and a baby to go have fun. And kids under 5 eat free at their restaurants, plus the little touches like sending us all matching bathrobes and slippers even for my kids!. All in all we would do it again!
We had opted out of bringing our stroller this trip and that was the only thing I wish we had at the hotel as it's so big and we were in a wing far from the main building. Wish they had a stroller rental kinda thing
They had a lot of restaurants but they open for dinner they said they closed at sunset which is 9:30 and they were closed by 8 one night at least 3 rest closed by8
Magnificent property, with staff to match!
The difference between a luxury hotel and a Great Luxury Hotel is often attributed to the staff. I can certainly vouch for the fact that the staff of the Banff Springs, starting with valet welcome, registration, housekeeping, servers, supervisors and the myriad of behind the scenes staff can only be described as spectacular, and we thank all of you for making our 35th Anniversary one that we will never forget! The Buffet Breakfast in the Bow Valley Grill is amazing, and the elegance of the room is truly to be appreciated as you prepare for your day. In the mid day and sometimes in the early evening, we enjoyed the hospitality of the Rundle Room, a lounge like few others. The staff of the Rundle Room, especially one supervisor, absolutley run from one room to another, ensuring the high standard of service to all within his purview. Of Course the 1888 Chop House was the highlight of our dining experience. The champagne cart arrival shortly after we were seated was all too tempting. The food was so amazing that we had to visit twice during our short stay. At all times, we found the staff to be friendly, helpful and professional. Our 4 night stay was truly memorable, and we hope to return, sooner than later. Thank You all.
Leaving....and not having time to visit the Waldhouse Restaurant on site. I was looking forward to their schnitzel, but misread their schedule.
Me encantó el té Rundle Lounge! En general, el ambiente era precioso.
Injoyed the relaxing atmosphere
Bed and small size room
Beautiful outside, not so great inside
The grounds of the hotel are stunning! In a picturesque location and the outside of the building is fantastic!
Room wasn't ready to check on until 7:30pm! When got there, room was very dusty! Staff did provide complimentary breakfast as a sorry and were helpful, but a lot of money for a pretty standard hotel room!
The hotel is luxurious and the staff is extremely warm and attentive. The rooms are clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable! Definitely pay a little more for a mountain view. We could have stared out our window for hours looking at the mountains and the rivers below. We loved the heated outdoor pool and the restaurants were all top notch, as was the room service breakfast. We especially enjoyed the 1888 Chop House. It was a dream honeymoon!
In a luxury hotel such as this you should't be charged per-day for wireless internet access. This is really my only complaint, the rest of the stay was flawless.
Banff Fairmont is Among the Nicest Hotels I have e
Everything was amazing.... food, service, staff, room, cleanliness, facilities. Top knotch. Great Scottish castle feel to the hotel.
Location is great but not as exceptional given the price of the hotel. Too far from town to really walk ... not close to anything really interesting like other hotels ... no skiing nearby in winter to justify spending the money we did. If money is no object this is the place to go.... but it matters to me. Otherwise a fantastic place.
