the swimming pool area..... I love the swimming pool area for my young family. I liked the room we stayed in, good view, cukup luas dan nyaman, bersih, rapih. I liked the house call in the late afternoon checking up if in case the room needed turning over once again. Welcoming sincere friendly front desk reception.

* the only negative thing I can point out which is a pet peeve of mine was during breakfast I noticed most waiters were under-performing.....looking busy but not really productive, walking around like a horse with blinders, lupa ini lupa itu banyak bulak-balik, banyak ngobrol, i noticed a few guests wanting to change tables but not receiving any help and left standing on the middle of the floor obvious looking for an empty table looking confused trying to call a waiter's attention but not attended to. I'm not saying all the waiters but I noticed enough. I saw a few outstanding waiters really working hard efficiently and attentive. Like I said this is a pet peeve of mine paying attention to waiters / customer servants. * maybe the front desk lobby area needs a little upgrading, looking old and worn.

Staff are very friendly, great service.

Family friendly. We celebrate birthday of my son and me at Horizon Lounge and people is really understand on how to make us smile. Thanks!
