The rental wasn't in the terminal that we landed at and had to transfer to a different terminal to pick it up. After a long 9+ hour flight with children and luggage this wasnt ideal. The rental was not equipped with GPS/Satnav and as I was coming internationally my cell phone didn't work so this lead to some difficulties getting around initially. The employee was very friendly.Opinión del 3 ago 2023

The car we received wasn't nicely cleaned inside. Not the car we expected. Didn't seem to run very well. Had 40,000 + miles already on it. The tire pressure warning light came on while driving. Need better signage at Spanish Spring The Villages.Opinión del 26 jul 2023

They left me stranded on the side of the turnpike for 2 hours, roadside service canceled on me 4 times. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff at the Orlando Airport center. Avoid Hertz at all cost!Opinión del 26 jun 2023

Great car, great service. Lots of hidden fees that made it a bit more expensive then planned but ended up satisfied with our car during our stay.Opinión del 7 may 2023

They charge you for stuff you don’t want, and then don’t show you the charges until after you’ve signed. Completely unethical. This is the second consecutive time they’ve done it. Never going back to hertzOpinión del 12 abr 2023

Disliked the length of the line. You need me more staff to handle the load. Liked pretty much everything else. Great communication ahead of time regarding the Tesla and learning it’s features. Fantastic interactions with staff. Actual process once done waiting in line was smooth and clear. Gladly rent from you again!Opinión del 13 mar 2023

Everything went well. Vehicle selection and MCO terminal C was limited. We have to take a shuttle over to terminal B to find a car, but it was a minor inconvenience. Everything else went great!Opinión del 13 mar 2023
