Very close to Big Sky Resort. Convenient location and decent continental breakfast included. The hotel has large rooms which are fairly comfortable as well.

There were several draw backs to this hotel, which would ensure I do not stay at this property again in the future. The largest of note is the poor customer service of the manager. We had a reservation for five nights and due to unexpected family situation, we had to leave after three. While booking.com was willing to refund a portion of remaining two nights, hotel was unwilling in any circumstance. The manger made it clear that because we had already paid, they had no obligation to refund any money. While this is true, the service provided given the circumstances was poor. Even refunding a portion (10%, 25% or 50% of the remaining two nights, would have been service appreciated). The communication of the manager was curt and carefree and the cost of the hotel is not worth the money. The facility is worn and on par with a three star accommodation, but not at the cost off season. Additionally, our toilet was clogged. The hotel staff was quick to say, housekeeping is gone for the night. When pressed on options, they offered to bring a plunger up to the room, which they handed over through the door to allow us to plunge the room. For 200+ a night, this experience could have used improvement.
