I checked out and went home
Unknown suspect (maid) went thru my luggage and stole items. Police report taken, but management has not done anything.

Staff was polite, very a friendly. We were greeted as we entered the door. They made friendly conversations with us. Which made us feel at home. We had 5 families staying there. We got 5 rooms. Everyone was treated the same. Second time my husband and I have stay at a Springhill Suite Hotel...We recommended them to my family. Springhill Suites didn't let us down. My family were very pleased with their stay!! I would recommend Springhill Suites to anyone. Friendly service, Clean lobby, Clean rooms, great breakfast and at this Springhill Suite they had a clean area and pool....A great place for the whole family!! Thank you Springhill Suite staff for a memorable stay!!

The facility was great
The staff looked over worked...no one was available when needed you had to go looking for them which looked as tho they were doing both front desk and kitchen. They were not prepared for the morning breakfast didn't have plates as well as regular syrup only sugar free. I was told by one staff member because we had to continuously ask for items during breakfast time 'YOU NOT GONNA LET ME GO HOME' as if it was our fault there were no plates

Location
Housekeeping did not change my sheets. I was told I had to take the sheets off the bed myself and request it. When housekeeping arrived I asked about the sheets and she said that they didn’t change them. So much for requesting...

Our room was not cleaned after the first day. We did not leave any notes to not disturb us or to skip cleaning for the day. The hotel did offer to provide us with additional towels. The breakfast selection was good, but the quality of the eggs were not good.
