I’ve honestly never had a better car rental experience. Checking in was quick and easy; checking out/returning was smooth and efficient. The person who helped me with both rental and return was pleasant, courteous, and well prepared for my transaction. The car was spotless. They were closed!! Flight was delayed. Arrived at midnight. Got to desk at 12:05 and they were gone. Left aT midnight ancco to customer service by phone. Other companies were open and waiting for their customers with reservations. Very disappointed to say the least.Opinión del 5 jun 2023

Issue 1: $230 per day for a standard car. Issue 2: Nearly $1900 billed to my card a week later because that forgot to check it in when I returned it the next day. Issue 3: Their customer service HUNG UP ON ME because I refused to accept "It's still only pending. Was told it would be $446 when I picked up the car. 20 min latter I received a second email saying the price was now $506 with no expiration of the price increase. When I called they couldn’t explain it or change it. Very dishonestOpinión del 27 dic 2021

Hertz is the worst!!! I go out of my way to use any other rental company. Was given a car with a half tank (they gave me a hard time when I returned with 3/4 tank because I should have asked them to mark that in my record. Is it my job to do their jobs?). It also had low tire pressure that I had to fill up, the oil change light was on the whole time and the passenger seatbelt would not latch. I had sworn to stop using them and gave them one more shot, avoid Hertz at all costs. The worst company.Opinión del 15 dic 2021

Luckily, I had printed my reservation info. The Hertz agent said there was no record of my reservation. The car was mediocre and had a very creaky driver’s side door. There was no one to check the car before leaving the lot, so we just left.Opinión del 7 dic 2021

The car could have been in better shape. The backup camera was held in by tape and the windows hadn't been cleaned well (they were very hard to see out of). Otherwise, the car performed well and the experience was good.Opinión del 6 dic 2021
