I really enjoyed chatting with the night shift staff member early in the morning when I couldn't sleep.
It was not very clean. Hallways clearly needed vacuuming. The first room we got had something splattered on the ceiling. Got a new room, but indicated poor housekeeping staff.

I've stayed here before and enjoyed the location, cleanliness, etc. It clearly is the best place to stay in Covington, TN.
The temp in the breakfast area is set to 68 degrees - way too cold. Also, the front desk staff was not available on the weekend - where were they?
