Tesla couldn’t drive 30 minutes without draining 20% of the battery. Had to charge the car once or twice a day. Each day our trip was filled with anxiety because we didn’t know if we could make it to where we wanted to go and had to constantly look for a charger. Budget didn’t care. Argued with us. Counter employee was very rude and short with us. We had reserved a midsized car and were told when we arrived that the only vehicle they had for us was a truck unless we wanted to pay to upgrade to a Tesla. They're attitude was very rude and acted like it was our fault that we were stuck with a truck. I had only a debit card and no outgoing flight so Budget refused to rent even though I had reserved online and had been charged to my debit card. I want my money back. If you can get my card charge refunded i will be happy. Also make it clear that you only accept “credit” cards and not debit cards. Love that there where plenty to choose from. I did not like that the vehicles did not look as though they have been cared for. I had to put air in my vehicles tires and run it thru a car wash because all the windows had a white film on them.Opinión del 8 may 2022
