We had a Hyundai Ionic. A hybrid. The range was 600 miles per tank! With gas prices high, it was a great car to have. Pickup in Salt Lake was easy. Drop off in Vegas was easy. Comfortable, and handled the mountains just fine.Opinión del 10 jul 2022

The line at the pick up counter was long since there was only one (1) counter rep working. After about 10 min another counter rep returned and it helped to shorten the wait time, but it still took 25 min to get to the counter and begin the rental process.Opinión del 23 may 2022

Thrifty was very efficient with drop off. Unfortunately, if they would let us review insurance options prior to pickup or with online reservation, the process would be faster. And really...$50-60 a day for insurance?? Insurance would have been more than the entire rental. I would have liked to verify with my own car insurance, prior to or at online reservation, since each state is different for coverage.
