No me permitieron cancelar la reserva cuando compré con posibilidad de cancelar antes de la hora de la reserva, cambian condiciones y perdí mi dinero que no era poco… poco serios, no volvería a rentar con ellos (siempre lo hago en Álamo y esta vez lo intenté acá, fue mi peor decisión!).Opinión del 24 may 2024

I prepaid for my rental in full in preparation for a road trip, when I got to the rental desk 15 minutes before my pickup time, I was informed that the locations didn’t have any cars to rent. Terrible rental experience. Will not be using them again. We booked our car in advance and yet still had to wait an hour before any cars were available. When it finally did arrive it reeked of cigarette smoke and the service light was on. After driving for a few hours the gas tank still read full, as it turns out the gas guage was broken and nobody told us. Terrible customer service at the counter. They make it seem as if they are doing you a favor. Their customer service number is no better. What ever the call center tells you, be assured it’s a lie. I caught them lying to me multiple times and it cost me 100 dollars in taxi fees when they told me the location will wait for my delayed flight to come in.
