The rental company refused to rent to me becaue they wanted the physical card that the purchase was made with and afirm is a virtual card. Stix also refuses to refund the transaction and they refused to let me pay the deposit with my other credit card. Due to a delayed Southwest flight, the facility closed at 5pm and I wasn't able to get my car. Instead I went to the Sixt car rental facility at the airport and paid for another car. I've tried to reach out to Sixt, but they have yet t reply. Very disappointed.Opinión del 12 may 2023

Sixt are a bunch of thieves. Counter person had no idea what she was doing. Car had 40000 miles on it and was dirty. Waited twenty minutes for a car. She then pre.charged me without my consent and they ended up stealing the money when I brought the car back early. Just an absolute disgrace and I will never use them again. They pre charged me without my knowledge…I returned the car 15 days early and they then refused to give me any of the money back they had charged me without my consent. They literally stole 1000 dollars from me and I’ll never use any of the parties involved again.Opinión del 9 feb 2023

The entire experience was so very painless, from the car counter check in, the pickup, and the drop-off. All employees were so very helpful that you can tell that they enjoy their work.
