The company did not have a vehicle for us despite having prepaid for it through their site. We were instructed by airport van rental to contact kayak which has no easily accessible numbers listed. They said that kayak would refund the charges once they called airport van rental to verify that the rental was never fulfilled. They deserve one star, and kayak deserves one star. The person running the desk was excellent, however, they did not have a vehicle for us and did not notify us. Their system was down which made things complicated and had little support. I missed the long wait for pick-up (mine took 15 minutes to get to the agent) but felt sorry for the long line of people behind me who had to wait for at least 45 minutes to pick up their car. It was worth the extra hassle as I saved hundreds of dollars on my van rental.Opinión del 20 feb 2023

This place closes at 4 pm, minivan was smelly with pet hairs everywhere, looks never has been vaccumed, broken tail lights, scratches everywhere, dented front bumper, driver side mirror can not be adjusted, remote control can not lock or open, gas was 8/10 th but told me full, they tried to sell protection coverages for 50 mins.
