Staff are so kind that called the taxi in which I left my smartphone and talked the driver to bring it back to me. I am not a speaker of Chinese, so this really helped me. Although they are not fluent in English, they are good at communicating by pen & paper, and problem solving.

Staff are super nice. Their attitude to communicate, such as using a pen and paper or smartphone's translator, really impressed me. They changed jpy to rmb at better rate than dealers at the airport.

Comfortable bed and clean room.
We could smell tobacco smoke coming from another room, through a bathroom vent. We kept the bathroom fan on and that helped a lot.
