They booked us through a 3rd party without me realizing and then when our flight was delayed rental cars.com cancelled our reservation even though I couldn’t call them to amend our reservation because they were closed at 5pm. Two customers for one vehicle. Car had a bad smell. Car had damage to driver’s side. Rear hatch was damaged. The wait at pick up was delayed, because Payless was closed at airport. Not happy with experience.Opinión del 2 feb 2023

The windows, especially the windshield, were very filthy both on the inside and the outside!! We could barely see out of it when driving at night. We went and bought Windex and wipes to try to get them cleaner. They were still very greasy looking and smeared and would not come clean. That is dangerous!Opinión del 12 feb 2022

Pick up was merged with Budget/Avis. Took about 1.5 hrs to get through the line. Desk person had thick accent, and talked fast through a mask. There was a misunderstanding, I was charged Loss of Use insurance, and we had to redo the paperwork. Vehicle was delivered with quarter tank of fuel, the interior stank, and I believe a wheel bearing was beginning to fail.Opinión del 6 ene 2022

Ventajas:Friendly, quick staff. No issues whatsoever.Desventajas:The vehicle was very basic. This wasn't really a problem based on our needs and we did choose economy, but I can't think of anything else that could have been better- other than maybe price but I realize this is a supply/demand issue.Opinión del 26 abr 2021

Ventajas:Once we actually got to a staff member (after waiting in line for over an hour because the Payless, Avis, and Budget counters were all combined), he was very polite and helpful. The car was new and it was very nice. Drop off was an ease.Desventajas:A warning at least would have been nice about the lack of staffing or the possible extended wait times. The fact that I set a pick up time and expected to go to the counter to get my car, but waited in line for over an hour instead was frustrating to say the least.
