Beware. Hertz allows you to rent a car at 12pm but they are closed some days at that time. We got there just before noon and the workers literally walked right past us and refused to assist or even acknowledge our existence. Several other people were there as well. Only one worker stopped to tell us that they’re off at noon and can’t assist.Opinión del 25 ago 2023

Knowing that the car was not available at the airport would have been a nice fact. It was a remote location with no shuttle service - went to the airport location to find out that wasn’t where our car was. Had to hire a cab to get to the car. ($25 expense) Return was better and $20 expense… facility was fine, car was good but lack of info prior to arrival was not.Opinión del 6 mar 2023

When I picked up the car I was told the prepaid gas was $4.99 and was 20 cents less than on the island. I did it and later found that gas was $4.35 on the island. I didn’t appreciate being lied to and felt like Hertz screws people to make them pay moreOpinión del 5 mar 2023

Great experience. They gave us a Chevy Spark which is the perfect car to zip around Waikiki as parking spots are few and far between. It used very little fuel also which was a bonus.Opinión del 27 feb 2023

No mention during booking that this was t at the airport location and there was no shuttle. Had to pay extra fee for my boyfriend to drive because the booking was on my name even though I didn't drive the car.Opinión del 16 feb 2023

The place wasn’t even open when we arrived and our itinerary said nothing about it! We had to pay over $100 to take rideshares back and forth from our hotel to go get our rental in the morning when the place opened.
