Horrible experience . Mentioned many times I didn't need extra insurance. I showed the representative what we had purchased. Additional insurance was added when we were exhausted, jetlagged and didn't understand what was being added..why didn't she listen to us. We spoke with management but if course they sided with the employee. We will not deal with Hertz again nor will we give positive recommendations for itOpinión del 30 ago 2023

The pick up was fine. They gave me an old and worn Chevy Tahoe after telling me there were no other options on the lot. When I went outside to find it, it was literally sitting next to a brand new model. I went back and said I preferred the new model and they let me switch, worked out in the end but very annoying.Opinión del 16 ago 2023

No sense of urgency at the rental counter, the agent and process was slow, long wait line, which is not ideal after a long day of travel, getting luggage, taking a shuttle bus to the rental, etcOpinión del 1 ago 2023

Reserve 2 hours to pick up your car. It was an absolute disaster at the denver airport. We didnt get out of there until 12:45 am.Opinión del 20 feb 2023

Everything was smooth and efficient - the shuttle from the terminal, the fun surprise of being able to choose my own rental from the lot, super easy return - really it was excellent.Opinión del 5 sept 2022

Waiting for almost an hour for a car that was booked to be told they didn’t have the car class that was reserved. “That’s the point of the reservation!” Two families before us we’re waiting even longer with the same issue. If I fly into Denver again, I won’t be renting with Hertz.Opinión del 26 jul 2022

They said that we may have up to a 45 min wait for the car. A bit disappoi8nting given that we'd scheduled a pick up time and we met that window. We'd travelled overnight, so waiting another hour would have been a huge inconvenience. Luckily, after a couple of minutes, the assistant appeared with our keys.Opinión del 16 jun 2022
