They did not honor our week rental for $500. They still tried to charge us the $200 for the extra 2 days. We also returned the car on Jan. 1 but they were closed so they are trying to charge us for still having the car until Jan. 2 even though we flew home!Opinión del 5 ene 2023

The vehicle we rented had some electrical issues and enterprise agent was very kind and said we are welcome to take it back and they can see what can be offered, but we were figured out how to safely use the trunk. The trunk would automatically close without any trigger, upon opening, it will just close, after 4-5 tries, it would stay open. Experience with enterprise agent was great, she explained everything very well and was very friendly and helpful.Opinión del 30 jul 2022

I found this experience quite easy. I was surprised that there was not a shuttle bus to the off airport area and had to pay extra fees because I picked up the car at the airport. Otherwise, everything went well.Opinión del 17 nov 2021

Overall really good. The car wiper wash did not work which was horrible. The other thing is that this is not at the airport. Therefore it was less expensive which was great, but trying to get 2 miles with 2 weeks worth of luggage was difficult. I would still use it againOpinión del 15 nov 2021

Reservation was onsite and ended up paying $65 more because of airport fees. My reservation didn’t specify offsite, and Enterprise didn’t offer a shuttle. Otherwise, great experience!Opinión del 9 oct 2021
