We rented an EV but on arrival they did not have any EVs charged. The replacement vehicle was nice but smelled significantly of smoke and we did not have time to return to attempt to get another vehicle.Opinión del 19 jul 2023

Line to pickup was a disaster. For awhile no one was even at the counter despite a line of 20+. System to get cars was very inefficient so each person getting their car took way longer than it should. Do not blame the counter representatives who did the best they could, but everything was poorly organized and poorly run.Opinión del 2 jul 2023

Horrible. Took well over an hour to obtain the rental when we arrived at the airport - they had one person at the desk and well over 20 customers waiting in line. A very frustrating experience.Opinión del 6 jun 2023
