My paid reservation was set for 12 noon stood in line for three hours yes, three hours no exaggeration until I finally received. My frontal family had to sit in a hot airport for three hours. Totally irresponsible on the car rental company.Opinión del 9 jul 2023

There was no experience. Your site allowed us to book a rental car as an alternative mode of transportation home so we stopped looking for other rental cars. When we got to the Dollar counter we found out they weren’t honoring any of the reservations made that day nor would they allow us to leave the state with their cars with our confirmed one way reservations with kayak. I’ll never use kayak again.Opinión del 2 jul 2023

I had to wait 2 hours in line to pick up my vehicle. The staff seemed like they were doing the best they could, but it was pretty ridiculous considering I had just gotten off a long flight, then had a 4 hour drive ahead of me. I'm not sure I'd rent from them again unless it was a last resort. The process seemed really inefficient.Opinión del 30 jun 2023

I believe front desk agent took advantage of the fact that booking said wild card for the car and assigned EV just to charge upgrade fee in order to get a gasoline vehicle.Opinión del 5 jun 2023

The gal at the desk when I got there tried to tell me the vehicle I have reserved/paid for online wasn't available and I had to argue to get them to make the car available... Other than that, things were okay.Opinión del 18 mar 2023

The Eagles and the Phillies were playing the same weekend so it was a bit crazy Saturday but the Dollar/Thrifty crew did a great job getting everyone a car.Opinión del 27 oct 2022

They were out of cars when I arrived. Only one staff member, David, was helpful. The rest didn’t seem to care and told me to come back in the morning. They couldn’t get a car for me from Hertz because the gate closed right after we arrived in the shuttle.Opinión del 23 may 2022
