A little extra
Ventajas: Great little car! Helpful staff...even with our non Italian vocabulary and their limited english.
Desventajas: No helpful papers. It would be good to have maps in English and a sheet of what the road signs mean. Not a big thing but very helpful. Rental of GPS was a ridiculously high price. $300 for two weeks. These things are not that expensive and to rip off tourists like that is just greedy. We just went and bought one! A pushy Italian man pushed his way in front of us and then went outside and proceeded to hit a car while trying to move his rental. And acted like it was everyone's fault but his own...and he got away with it. Not cool on all counts.

Sneaky Extra Charges
Desventajas: I had to wait an hour for my already short rental because I wasn't directly a Hertz customer, then I wasn't informed anywhere that they charge commission for the pre-paid gas so a €70 rental cost me €115, and another €100 rental after that cost me €177. Didn't find out until the second time because I wasn't even given a proper check out service at the end of the first. Disgusting, will never use them again.

Cargos Extra Furtivos
Desventajas: Tuve que esperar una hora para mi alquiler ya corto porque no era directamente un cliente de Hertz, entonces no me informaron en ningún lugar que cobraran comisión por el gas pre-pagado, así que un alquiler de €70 me costó €115, y otro alquiler de €100 después de que me costó €177. No me enteré hasta la segunda vez porque ni siquiera me dieron un servicio de salida adecuado al final de la primera. Asqueroso, nunca los volverá a usar.
