They only have one shuttle van driver, so if you miss the van, it could be 45+ minutes before the next one. They have short hours: 8-4 weekdays, 8-noon weekends. The after hours drop off procedure is fairly complicated, and costs an extra $20. Also, the car had a lot of damage on it when I picked it up, the most dented up rental car I have ever rented, but it drove fine.Opinión del 21 ago 2023

Van was big enough for our party of 8 and luggage. However, the van was clearly dated. The van had stains on the seats, the air conditioning did not work reliably, the wind shield fluid was empty. We had a great time in our trip despite the van.Opinión del 3 ago 2023

This is terrible company. Canceled my reservation the day I was supposed to arrive in San Francisco from Chicago. Then gave no assistance on getting another rental. Shady company.Opinión del 2 ago 2023

Finding pickup location was not as easy and when we tried to call, no one ever answered. Luckily an airport employee helped us find the correct pick up location. Once we got to correct location, everything else was nice and pleasant.Opinión del 29 jul 2023
