Ventajas:The fact that I got a car. The drop off was much smoother than pick up, staff who drove us to the airport for our departure was very nice.Desventajas:We showed up with lots of people waiting for cars after never receiving a shuttle ride from the airport as advertised. We then waited outside for an hour to receive a dirty car that was apparently the last one they had available. We had rented out a truck or similar car, however we’re told they do not offer that vehicle ever (we did see a truck parked in the lot). We received a dirty van that was very beat up and went on our way just happy to have received a car.Opinión del 12 may 2021

Ventajas:Nothing about it went right. Terrible experience with my trip.Desventajas:The rental car place wouldn’t even answer the phone and cancel my reservation. When I did get a hold of them they advised me to call back later and they have been overbooked and never had the car. They didn’t care was on my own.Opinión del 16 mar 2021
