Was forced to purchase their insurance because I didn't have my auto insurance card with me. I did provide them the name of the carrier. Who carries their insurance card around with them? Whole thing Made no sense, and Felt like a money-grab. Car was late model but not super clean. Check out attendant was pleasant.Opinión del 13 abr 2023

Don’t rent from here. Had to wait 5 hours at the airport for car to be ready. Finally got one that was dirty and had engine warning lights on.Opinión del 27 mar 2022

We waited 2 1/2 hours for a car. There were none. It was a fiasco at the airport. This rental was arranged long ago. The car was not cleaned well when we finally received it. We arrived in daylight and got the car at dusk and it was not easy to drive to our destination. A voucher for future use is respectfully requested. Booked our vehicle one month out. At pickup was told it would be one hour wait! Someone else waiting asked us what we were told. He said they were told 45 minutes (45 minutes ago). We cancelled because we would have missed the last car ferry to St John. So stressful… never again!!!!Opinión del 23 ene 2022

Our vehicle had a spare time on it and wasn’t very clean. Very rough shape and needed a reliable vehicle for the tough up and downs in st Thomas driving conditions. We didn’t trust the Avis vehicle we received so ended up exchanging for better vehicle.Opinión del 7 nov 2021
