Didn’t like anything. The lady at the counter was rude, my reservation was for 11am but I didn’t get the car until 1:19pm. The restrooms were out of service so I couldn’t even use the bathroom and they gave me a minivan that didn’t even have Bluetooth.Opinión del 17 mar 2022

We booked a car two weeks in advance but when we arrived with our group of 12 people, they had no car for us. When canceling the car on kayak to get our money back, we had to call multiple times and fight for them to return our money even though they didn’t have a car for us. Our battery died and we had to wait an hour in the cold for someone to show up, and the mechanic who did told us the battery in the car was old and not good and that we’d be “lucky” if we made it to our destination without another issue. It was so scary!Opinión del 3 ene 2022

I asked for just the basic insurance but was charged for an upgraded insurance. I was stressed trying to get home after my flight was canceled and didn't catch the error until I received my final receipt. I'll know to pay better attention in the future!Opinión del 15 sept 2021

Thrifty ran out of cars. They informed us who were waiting in line for 20+ min. They wanted to put me on a waiting list for hours. But I had a work meeting to attend so I had to catch an Uber. Now I need to call kayak and priceline to get a refund.Opinión del 9 ago 2021

Ventajas:While we had to wait an hour for the car, the staff did their very best in a situation they could not control. They gave the cars out as quickly as they came in. They were friendly and upbeatDesventajas:It would have been nice if cars had been readily available. However, it appears the travel world is opening up again and it may take some time to adjust. Ventajas:Car ran fine was as representedDesventajas:Drop off was a NIGHTMARE. Flew in to Houston Hobby, arrived about 4:45pm local time. Waited for a shuttle for 20+ min. Saw other car rental companies shuttles but not thrifty. Finally called. They said the location was CLOSED for the day! They close at 4pm on a Saturday!!! Had to uber twice and go back the next day to pick up the car. Very frustrating. As a suggestion maybe send the hours of the location and if there is an after hours drop/pick up available at time of booking???Opinión del 12 abr 2021
