I had never heard of your company before this trip; would now recommend. The staff member who checked us in (“The Mark”) was friendly and efficient!! He talked with us about where we were going and gave us recommendations, which turned out great!! I booked a car pretty last-minute but the price was great, and then I got upgraded to a BMW. Staff was friendly and it was a quick pick-up and drop-off process. Would definitely book with Sixt again in Phx!Opinión del 2 dic 2022

Free upgrade offered and very friendly people that checked us in and out. The only thing that could be better is if there was not an add charge for coverage of windshield chips, etc. that should be covered in the regular fee in my opinion.Opinión del 7 nov 2022

Nicole at the desk was fabulous! She was very friendly and personable, and was able to secure us a larger vehicle than was available at the time of booking. The return process was easy and fast.Opinión del 23 sept 2022

We picked up and dropped off at PHX airport. The whole experience was fast, easy, and customer service was great! The only improvement I would suggest is adding additional directional signage for drop off. It was a little confusing finding where to goOpinión del 15 may 2022

Navigating cancellation was very difficult as Kayak directed me to Sixt and Sixt told me I had to do it through Kayak. Then Sixt’s phone service told me to send an email and then the auto response to the email told me I had to call. Eventually I got a human to engage and they were unreasonably inflexible given the circumstances. Truly awful experience. I’m definitely blaming Sixt but I’ll also be cautious about booking through Kayak in the future too.Opinión del 10 abr 2022

The Sixt experience was perfect--except for the car I rented. The agent offered me an upgrade from a Toyota Camry to a BMW for a minimal increase in payment. Never having driven a BMW, I agreed. But the car was a low-slung sporty model, and getting in and out of the car was very challenging! It handled magnificently in every way, but its comfort level was lacking. I wish the agent had informed me of this particular feature--and I would've stayed with the Camry. I'll know for next time...Opinión del 31 mar 2022
