at Kayak site, I thought I was go to ther next step and choose insurance but instead the booking got finished! there was no option to choose insurance variant at the time of booking. the Sixt site did not allow to see what isurance type is in the package and did not allow to add insurance either. I considered cancelling but there was no info if it is possible for free or at a fee. the insurance rates at the desk were rip-off.Opinión del 25 feb 2023

The car was used by a smoker before. I was able to drive only with an open window- which was not the best option in winter. And the brake system was definitely not in a very good condition, to say the leastOpinión del 21 feb 2023

the car had a yellow warning light when we got him and he was missing some engineoil It was difficult to reach someone for assistance in the pick up parking place. no assistance phones where working in the parking place. I had to go back to service desk at the airport and get new car. then the new car was not in the parking place where it should be so I had to go back to the service desk to get the right parking place where the car was so finally we could start the journeyOpinión del 13 feb 2023

It turns out that if you come more than one hour past the time of your reservation, your reservation is voided and you are charged a much higher price. That is basically a scam, since it's hard to know exactly when you'll arrive on an international flight.Opinión del 21 mar 2022
