Rented a Mercedes Benz in Miami and rain started to pour, I discovered that car didn’t have the blade in windshield wipers! It was missing and the wiper on the passenger side was not working!! Very dangerous!! Had to record a video because it was incredible to get a car in such poor basic condition. Very disappointedOpinión del 19 jul 2023

It is impossible to rent a car between 1am and 5am. The location it's closed. Information on Kaya that allowed me to rent a car at night was false. I had to spent the night in the airport. The morning after the guy at Sixt kiosk was nice enough to let me keep the car (1 hour not showing up rule was not applied), and also upgraded my car.Opinión del 29 may 2023

The approved price was US$74, but it was charged US$176 on my credit card. When we arrived they did not have the car ready and they gave us a free upgrade. Upon return, they charged us extra for the “free upgrade”. Since we did not have time to complain, we had to pay, now we’ll have to deal with the extra charge.Opinión del 15 may 2023

Friendly helpful staff at the counter with low wait time was a highlight. Less great was the lack of any knowledge about the car itself by the staff on the lot. I rented a tesla and it was my first time, and no one had a clue about how it worked or what the program was in terms of bringing it back charged. As a result, i brought it back 69% charged and got hit with a $35 fee. Had i charged i known i would have spent another $5 and charged it to 80% and avoided the fee.Opinión del 2 mar 2023
