A good value for money (nothing special)
The room was good and spacious. Toilets were clean and room service was prompt. However, the rooms require maintenance as some wooden structures covering the corner edges of the walls were almost broken and could come out anytime.
1. The behavior of reception staff was just plain with no greetings with smile or anything like "hospitality" but that can be also a cultural thing in Spain. 2. The most irritating thing was the air-conditioning controller on the wall because it's display was not working properly so I couldn't know what temperature is the AC set on, so I just pressed the buttons up and down until I felt it was cold enough. 3. Don't expect the Wi-Fi to work in the room. It wouldn't work simply.
We were happy to know that we could open the windows to let fresh air in. They provided plenty of shampoo and body wash.
As soon as we walked in, we could smell that stale smoking smell. I initially thought we must have gotten a smoking room, but no, it just smells like that. We only needed a single bed and they gave us a room with 3 twin beds, my boyfriend and I ended up sleeping separate. The free wifi signal was extremely low that neither one of us could use it in the room. Definitely wasn't a memorable stay.
