I never got the car. After 2 hours of being told by the only agent at the counter that the car was in the process of being delivered, I got frustrated and went to the Avis counter and got a car within 10 minutes. I’ll never do business with Hertz again.Opinión del 30 mar 2023

Car was not available when requested, and I was told there was no 7 passenger SUV available, but then was told there was a large van available, but we had to wait for an hour before it could be brought up from a distant lot. The car was dirty and very dented upon pick up. At highway speed the car would shake. The passenger seat would also make a horrible noise also. The Tahoe has been beaten up and not indicative of a Hertz rental. Very disappointed all the way around!Opinión del 24 abr 2022

Ventajas:Staff at the counter not overly friendly, and there was confusion about what car we rented and needed as their current inventory was very low. We ended up getting a vehicle that worked, but it was different from what we booked. Returning the car was quick and easy, and the car itself was very nice.Opinión del 25 may 2021
