In person customer service was great. Trying to reach someone beforehand though was difficult and not helpful. Dropoff was a bit confusing, no signs or live people to tell you what to do. You just pull in and walk away, easy but not like any other return I've ever hadOpinión del 17 jul 2023

I made reservations 4 months in advance for my rental car when I got off the plane and arrived at the Hertz counter I was told ..it wS credit card only...I did not have my credit card with me...they informed me they didn't take visa debt bank card in a panic I went to enterprise and they were happy to take my 1,900.00 from my debt card I would never recommend HertzOpinión del 8 ene 2023

Both pick up and drop off times were when the offices were technically closed! We barely got the car picked up before the employee left for the day. When we dropped it off, the office was closed for the whole weekend. Luckily, an employee turned up just as we were starting to panic.Opinión del 21 ago 2022

The car was clean and nice. When I arrived at the pick-up time, I was informed the car was not yet ready due to lack of staff preparing cars for pick-up. I had to wait an hour and was not offered a discount and barely an apology. I then asked if I could have the car for longer instead, and that was not an option, in fact they told me that if I didn't deliver the car at the time of return, they would charge me for the night.Opinión del 25 jul 2022
