I was in the middle of a natural disaster and didn’t receive a refund. Hertz was awful and Kayak.com is awful. Really disappointing given the circumstances with the fires in Maui.Opinión del 16 ago 2023

We reserved a dodge caravan, and we’re expecting something a little newer. We understand that it is difficult to get new vehicles for rentals, but this van seemed quite worn. Maybe it’s because of being so close to the ocean. It was adequate for our needs. The staff were extremely responsive and helpful…top notch. Drop off was quick and easy.Opinión del 11 ago 2023

Well, we were charged extra for second spouse driver for the first time ever. The vehicle we had was damaged, the rear hatch gate would not stay closed. There was tape marks around the gate. This was by far the worst vehicle we have rented and it cost more to rent than a weeks accommodation in Maui. RidiculousOpinión del 24 abr 2022

The line was ridiculously long and barely moved. I, and everyone else in my company on this trip, eventually left the Hertz line and immediately got a car from a different company. Terrible experience.Opinión del 4 abr 2022

There was only one car left in our size range. We did not make it 10 miles from the airport when we realized one of the tires was flat and had a bolt in it. It took two hours to get a new car out to us (again, less than 10 miles from the airport). Not a great start to our trip.Opinión del 22 feb 2022

Pick up was easy and the options for car selection was good enough. Upon returning the car rental, we were a bit worry as there was no enough people on site as we were told to just left the key inside the car and left. So make sure to take any dent/scratch/damages when picking up the car.Opinión del 7 ene 2022

I was impressed with Hertz especially on pick up. The area had lost power and I thought we would not be able to get our rental vehicle because of this. Hertz was well prepared for this and did all the paperwork manually and pretty darn fast too. Very impressive.Opinión del 20 dic 2021

What I prepaid at the time of booking on your site was more than $100 more expensive if I had done it on Hertz website a week before my trip. That was not what I expected from your service. Since it was prepaid, the rental company said they can’t do anything about it so cost me an extra $100 by just using your site, nice going😫Opinión del 20 dic 2021

Pick up was awesome. Why tell me a Jetta or similar when there are no Jetta's only Kia's. Vehicle served it's purpose. At drip off no one wearing masks. I our face trying to get to dash to do is job. I asked him to don a mask and did not. Said, oh I just left it over there, but did not get it and no-one else was wearing masks. Did not proeed to don later.
