Pick up/drop off was fine. The problem was being upcharged for a car that was in no way an improvement. All basic features/nothing special in the car. The sales procedure for trying to upcharge customers at pickup is not welcoming. Just give them a good vehicle at the price they reserved.Opinión del 27 ene 2023

Easy pickup at ABQ airport, agent was friendly and helpful. A bit surprised that the vehicle was a 2019 model. Not an issue, car was fine, just expected a newer vehicle. Drop off in Santa Fe was a bit difficult. The Hertz office is inside a hotel parking garage. We had the address, but there is no outside signage indicating that Hertz had an office inside, and no mention on our paperwork. Luckily the desk clerk at our hotel knew where the Hertz return was located.Opinión del 12 jun 2022

I was given a gorgeous red hot rod as the “Manager’s choice”! Staff was professional and competent, shuttle buses run frequently, and there’s excellent signage to get and return cars.Opinión del 27 mar 2022

Car was prepaid, yet I still had to wait 30 minutes in line in order to get the automobile. Then there was rather intense pressure to pre-pay fuel, buy more insurance, and the like--just so Hertz can generate more money.Opinión del 11 dic 2021
