Liked the car but didn’t realize it came with only 100 miles/day. So I had to upgrade which doubled the price. Took over an hour to find the bus and get to their off airport site. Two hour waiting in a queue with just one person checking everyone in. Felt so bad for couple in front of me who were going to miss their cruise do to horrible delay. On return the bus only came once an hour to return to Terminal 5! Never renting from them again!Opinión del 27 oct 2022

On pick up we found scrapes on the car that weren’t marked on the paperwork so got them to correct it. Agreement was for 100 miles per day this was changed to just 71 miles. Very disappointed. Checking the car back in was very quick and trouble free.Opinión del 29 ago 2022

Easirent was fine. What wasn’t fine is that Kayak and the booking agency they work with don’t include insurance in pricing so the rental ended up 1000 pounds(!) more than expected.Opinión del 18 jul 2022

They made us get extra liability insurance for international. We explained that we have worldwide international and they said we had to have our printed policy with us in England (we are from US). It was expensive. Upon return, I have emailed them TWICE with our policy and requested refund and no reply. We will not use Kayak or Easirent again unless this gets resolved. The directions given to collect the car was 6 years out of date. The named hotel had no connections to the rental company, thankful the hotel staff permitted us to call the phone number, and much appreciated after a long flight the rental company took us to their location.Opinión del 9 jun 2022

Hard to locate both pick-up and drop-off locations, which in both cases were temporary trailers. "Shuttle bus" was not dedicated to their customers, but was more like public transportation, with multiple stops along the way.Opinión del 5 jun 2022
