Lame and disappointing experience. Budget counter was closed, it was being served by Avis. The employee tried to charge me $18 a day because the didn't have the car I've rented. Explained, in a very rude attitude, that's their policy when you rent thru 3rd party. First time I see this non sense. Kept me, and my 8 year old daughter, waiting for a manager for 1.30 hours at 12am. Finally she proceed to "make an exemption" and gave us a dirty, smelly and pretty beaten Kia Soul.Opinión del 30 may 2023

We had to wait over an hour for our car to be ready. Our flight was an hour delayed already and then to have to wait for an extra hour for a car that reserved for 2 hours prior is very disappointing. They washed it and gave it to us dripping wet so once the drops dry we weren’t able to see out of the windows well and had to wash them ourselves. We waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle from the airport to the Budget lot, making several calls to the phone numbers listed with no service. Eventually we paid the driver of a different rental company’s shuttle to take us to the budget lot. They’re insanely understaffed. When we dropped the car off we were charged for fuel even though we had filled the fuel and had proof of such. The line was about 30 customers deep so we couldn’t do anything about it without missing our flight back.Opinión del 22 feb 2023
