Although expensive, the car was excellent and we enjoyed driving it. The pickup and delivery experience was also excellent, and we appreciated that.Opinión del 18 ago 2023

Clean, nice car. Had called Avis in advance to request GPS and was told no problem. Then when I arrived they said they didn’t have it. Didn’t try to help problem-solve or anything and I had a 6 hrs drive in unfamiliar territory ahead of me. If I had known in advance I would have looked up on maps ahead of time.Opinión del 9 ago 2023

I did not like being charged a per-day rate when I went through tolls. Some days I had to take a toll road that was only $.75 for the toll, but Avis charges something like $5/day to go through a toll at all. Please drop this charge. It’s b.s.Opinión del 2 ago 2023

I would’ve liked someone to escort me to the car at pickup and introduce features to me. I would’ve liked to know the additional costs in advanceOpinión del 16 nov 2022

Drop off was easy....just drop off the keys. BUT the quote I was given is not what the final bill I got via email. So today I get to call customer service to woke that out...good luck right? Car was filthy...which we couldn't tell in the dark parking garage. Upholstry was stained...dashboard and inside windows dirty. I really don't think it was cleaned after it was used, YUCK!!! We took pictures when we picked it up to make sure we weren't held responsible for it.Opinión del 9 oct 2022

Wait time at the airport was an hour. However, the people behind the desk were friendly and courteousOpinión del 17 ago 2022

You shouldn’t need a credit card to hire out a car. The website was misleading and a false advertisement as it did not make it aware this was necessary. In other countries a debit card would sufficeOpinión del 5 ago 2022

The staff person who handled the rental in Portland was truly friendly and efficient and made the whole process a delight, really. And the free upgrade was also profoundly appreciated. I wish I could have said so in person.Opinión del 26 oct 2021
